JUNE 10th-13th 9:00AM-12:00PM OPEN TO GRADES K-6TH $100 PER CAMPER Camp will take place at the Helena High School gym. Each camper needs to wear gym shorts, tennis shoes and a t-shirt. Camp will conclude every day at 12 noon. Deadline for registration is June 3rd. Registration received after the deadline may not receive a camp T-shirt, but will still be accepted. Concessions will be available during break time.

By signing my child up I give the player listed in this form my/our permission to participate in camp. I verify that he/she is covered by medical and hospitalization insurance and release the organizers of this camp from reimbursement for medical bills and damages sustained on account of any injury which may occur to my child. He/she has been examined by a qualified physician and is physically able to participate in soccer activities. I understand that playing soccer has the risk of injury. I release and hold harmless Helena High School, Shelby County School System, and Helena Husky Sports Camps, Coach Naron’s Husky Soccer Camp including employees, officers, agents, and hosting facilities from any damages or liability that may occur while my child is participating in summer camp. *$25 fee on all returned checks.
