Why choose electric fencing? The electric fencing offers many advantages over conventional fencing. Firstly, electric fencing is economical (50% less costs/ labour), in terms of material and work. You can install electric fencing yourself or get a contractor to do it for you. Electric fencing is also a psychological barrier. Your animals will avoid it after their ďŹ rst contact. I- SERIES: INTELLIGENT AND POWERFULL MAINS ENERGIZERS (230V) Unique to the I-series is the total control you have over your area at a distance through your fence. The devices and the accessories allow you to be informed directly at a distance about an error in your fence. You can detect the location of the fault immediately. You can repair the fence immediately by switching the fence off and (after the reparation) switch it back on.

Be warned directly and at any time and place, is one of the big advantages of the I-series. Because you can react immediately you will avoid the cattle breaking through. You will also save time when searching for faults in the fence. The accessories will help you to point out the location of the fault.

How does it work? 1

Suppose that a branch falls on your fence. The current conducts through the branch to the earth and ďŹ&#x201A;ows no longer through your fence (1A). The fence monitor nearby will notice this current loss and communicate the loss to the device (1B).

The device (2A) communicates the fault message to the external display (2B). This way you can monitor in which zone the fault is.

3 The extra alarm accessories are optional. Besides the external display, the fault message can also be send to your phone (with the sms module). A siren or ďŹ&#x201A;ashing light can also be connected.

4 After the fault message, reparation will follow. Via the external display, your phone or the remote control, you will see which zone sends out a fault message. The remote control will help you to ďŹ nd the fault exactly within the zone.

5 When you switch off the power of the fence with the remote control or telephone, you can repair. After repair, put the power on and check with your remote control if the fence works.

High Tensile Wire This Gallagher H.T. wire features special properties and a minimum product guarantee of 10 years. This wire is many times better than any other steel wire. An aluminium coating over the 2.5 mm core provides superior conductivity, up to 15 times higher than ordinary 2.5 mm steel wire. The wireâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s tensile strength is very high too: up to 500 kg. This wire can be tightly tensioned and in combination with tension springs a distance of 20 metres between posts is possible. This greatly reduces your costs per metre as you require much less material for a reliable and durable fencing system.
