The Cape Winelands Serves Up Yet Another Exciting Dining Experience

Spier Wine Farm near Stellenbosch has seen many transformations since the Enthoven Family took ownership of the historic property in 1996. The latest is the opening of the revamped Manor House, which has been transformed into a “showcase of excellence and creativity” when it comes to food and wine, according to Chief Operations Officer, Annabelle Schreuders.

At its unveiling in February, the official media release quoted Mariota Enthoven when it declared: “The Manor House will be a space [for] conversations around food security and sustainability … We’re serving up a unique sense of place, using each meal we make as an opportunity to tell stories … about our regenerative farming, organically grown food garden, organic vineyards and carefully crafted wines.”
