About Hello Monkey
Hello Monkey started in 2007 and is the brainchild of Kerry Ford who when she isn’t designing things is taking care of her young family in Ironbridge, Shropshire. Hello Monkey became a duo in 2011 when Alex joined the team. As a team of two we are dedicated to each and ev ery customer and of course anyone who would just like to make a quick enquiry. W e’re both v ery nice and approachable and will always do our best to help you out in any way we can. Each and ev ery order gets our personal attention and we always take great care to ensure your products get to you in a pristine condition ready to sell. W e take care with our packaging and will prepare each order personally. We always shop around for the best suppliers. So, whether it’s the prints themselves or just the cellophane sleeves they go in you can be assured they are the ones that will make your prints and cards look the best; and believ e us, there are a LOT of cellophane sleeves in the world! Part of our commitment to you all is ensuring that ev erything we do is as transparent as possible which is why we will keep you informed at ev ery part of your order. From placing the order, making payme nt and ev en delivery we will let you know exactly what is going on. Regarding deliv ery this is also why we always send orders via Royal Mail signed for or a courier that uses a signature. This way ev erything can be tracked and traced and we can offer quick and reliable deliveries. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day of payment as well as we think this is a helpful thing to do.
