Some landscape projects.
From a garden or a park, I gradually discovered issues more and more urbain and even the large territory. The scale is different but the reflexion stays the same : a discovery, somes sensations, feelings, an understunding, some guidelines, some ideas put on tracing paper, some draws, a prioritisation, a project.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK
t a crossroads
Reforestation
Through an existing forest of 12 ha, an historic route follows 6 archaeological periods with their vegetation and lifestyle evoution. A large reforestation allows the site to be in full immersion but still accessible from nowhere. Through these 6 historical periods, the visitors are guided by dirt tracks or larger paths and luminous view windows through the afforestation. In the middle, an open area gathers the differents paths and radiates in the whole site.

A GARDEN PROJECT
mmersion
Situated in an unkwown site (not visited), an analysis of different maps highlighted a lack of sun, breathings and permeability. The main idea was to make this city block more attractive, human and permeable : creation of pathways of different natures (more or less straight), opening of new centers of attraction (in particular, rehabilitation of a shed) with their esplanades and the creation of an underground planted scene in the middle of the place allowing a nice walk above.

HEART Of village
ew agora
Yèvres is a one-street village crossed by a secondary road. The main idea is to give a predominant place to pedestrian zones while highlighting the church and the memorial, recently removed, to improve the accessibility to the new businesses and a new residential area. Previously, an open area was dedicated to an anarchic parking, it is now a gathering place and a buffer space between the new residential area and the old center.

etwork between water and stone
The village of Saint Michel d’Entraygues is located between the water ; at the North it is delimited by the Eaux Claires and at the South by the Charreau. Its historic heart is situated at the highest point(+16m), where a church from the 12th century dominates the territory. The road network and the urban edge have closed any acces to the river. The idea is to reconnect, by a string of places and a network of alleyways, the heart of Saint Michel to its rivers.

The loir valley
culpture, pigmentation and staking
The territory studied, the Loir valley, extends from Montoire to Fr茅teval through Vend么me, the central artery. We have walked up and down the territory by many modes of transportation, on foot, bicycles, cars and even in canoe, causing space perceptions sometimes deformed. I have analyzed tree layers intertwined with each other : the topography (the sculpture), the colour changes (the pigmentation) and the punctual elements (the staking). For this site, we will first work in group on a large and complete diagnostic and then in the second part of the year on a individual development project.

which enrich the landscape projects
Some small projects. Light and acoustic engineering, photography, airbag sculpture, nude drawing... We may not see the landscape but landscape is everywhere. These are like the drawers of a dresser, opened drawers or half openend. It’s important to fill them but also to be able to use their contents.

Anamorphosis
he palimpsest
« The door falls closed, the light goes out. In the darkness, a halo appears to you. Your look adapts itself, your spatial orientation fails. The room is still here, your benchmarks too but they have changed. Just the light halo stayed the same. Gradually, the subterfuge ends, the balance comes back. The light goes on again and the deceit disappears. »

« From outside, the structure is strange et not accessible. A narrow entrance takes shape into the structure, sewed from many survival blankets. Then, you enter. Suddenly, you loose any benchmark, you don’t see the ground anymore. The airbag movement and the strong smoke make you loose limit or frontier concept. There is not exit, you have to go back and find again le little entrance. »

ine-hall
ENSNP
The ENSNP hall is revisited as a cinema hall; its cafeteria is rethink like a waiting room which will be used for film shooting. The biggest door is the central entrance of the cinema with its two red carpets taking place into the two school corridors. On the scoreboard, the movies’ posters have been displayed and lit. On the first floor, the mezzanine is converted into artists’ cabins.

This two-minuts movie is made up from photographs and drawings. From an extract of text, I imagined the «before and after». First, Budapest and its yellow tram are seen through a large window first in high angle and then in low angle with a play of shadow and light. We are then taken into the tramway, and the city is whatched by eyes like slides.

Animating cartoon
bounding / minimal
Nude drawing its drawing life, movements, lights, shadows and space. Here these nude drawings are put in motion through a short video. The idea was to work from two opposite words : abounding and minimal. Some phasis of minimalism very slow alternate with adounding and speed moments, in a perpetual motion, cadenced by the instruments of the Chapelier fou.

The ENSNP esplanade, thanks to its proximity with the station is a city gateway. On daytime, many perspectives are present on the city but they don’t exist on nighttime. Thus, the esplanade is the heart of the project : the zero point, represented by a red light, from which everything is measured. Then, the place opens into the city. Each important point of Blois is highlighted on different grounds, offering depth the whole city.

L ooks from elswhere Which enrich small and big projects
Looks from elswhere. Whether it be during internships, or for interdisciplinary travels or personnal ones, the eye put on a new region or country enrich the ‘drawers of the dresser’ : colors, lifestyles, fauna and flore, men, women, odours and tastes... So many things which will always remain in my mind !

An internship in laos

At the end of my second year, I’ve realized an internship during two months where I’ve kept a travel diray : text, drawings and photographs. I’ve discovered primary forests, an exotic flora and fauna, a new lifestyle and culture and wonderful people.

an internship in grands causses
igns and panoramas
At the end of my third year, I’ve realized an internship during tree months in the nartural regional park of Grands Causses. I had a signposting mission for two communities of communes. However, I opened myself to the whole curiosities of the park : the Larzac, the Causse Méjean, the Tarn and Dourbie valleys... An extraordinary discovery through long hikes, canoe and even paragliding !
