If we learned anything from our first show it’sthatorganising is by no means an easy feat! However, the reward is worth the risk when you get the amount of greatfeedback we had after the weekend of March 2nd &3rd,and everyday after we have been striving to deliver an even better eventfor September.
With less time to organise our second show, and two issues of our magazine to deliver, aswell as setting up our fantastic newHemp& CBD Media channel, it has been all systems go here at the offices. The good thing forour visitors, readers, and watchers, is thatweenjoy the pressurewe’ve put on ourselves to
be better at the second time of asking because we know thereare so many in this industrywho are justascomittedtomaking strides forthe hemp plant in 2019 and beyond.
We liketothink of our Expo as a bringing together of an industry. Thereare bigplayers, and smaller family run operations, whole plant advocatesand those only just learning about CBD. As organisers we constantly find ourselves trying to balanceout our exhibitors and our program and catertoall of the niche interests in such avast, diverse sector.
One of the things we’ve tried to work on forSeptember was bolstering our guestspeakers list, providing morepanel discussions and in depth talks at oursecondary ‘Business Pro’ stage. This will be for visitors who really want to delve a little deeper intothe topics, as well as our veryopen, welcoming Main seminar stagethatisagreat place to rest your feet and learn more
about the people and businesses in this industrythatmakeitgreat.
We’ll be covering topics ranging from CBD complianceand regulations, to industrial hemp farming and agricultural issues, to scientific research and medical panels from agreat listofspeakers. One of the biggestpositives from our March show, makesureyou check out our full seminar schedule on our websiteand highlight the topics you’re mostinterestedin beforemakingyourtripdowntothe venue.
Speaking of venues, we’d again like to thank the team at the NEC for providing such afantastic
home forthe Hemp &CBD Expo, We’reveryproud to be able to put on ourshow at such aprestigious venue thatsets the standardsfor UK events.
Forthose thatvisited our March show, you’llknow the eventwas verywell attended and we’revery grateful to allofthose thattook the time to makethe trip to Birmingham, but this time there’ll be even moretosee as we’ve increased our hall sizeby30% with even moreexhibitors (some returning fortheir second appearance, and some brand new launches ready to show you what they’ve been working on).
This magazine will be available in stores in Mid Augusttohelpyou get excited forSeptember, but makesureyou check out the latest updatestoour exhibitors listfor
allthe greatcompanies you’ll be able to see over the weekend of September 14th and 15th.
Finally,we’dliketoinviteour visitors to stop by ourHemp &CBD Media booth at the show.Herewe will be interviewing our speakers, exhibitors and attendees to get their thoughtsonthe Expo and our wonderful industry.
