COMPLETED HOMES In South Australia, we build homes to certain specifications that are available for purchase when complete or during construction. As homes are in construction you can walk through and get a feel of the house before you call it home. You also have the option to visit our demonstration home to experience our homes for yourself. There are no progress payments during the construction phase and you only need a $5,000 deposit with the balance due at settlement.
