The referred (new client) must deposit after 21st February 2019 and submit the form to their New Home Consultant prior to an initial deposit being paid. The referee (current/previous client) must have completed construction of their home with Henley after 1st January 2012, or currently have a signed contract to be eligible. Once the referred (new client) completes their base stage (slab poured), the referee (current/previous client) will be sent a cheque for $1,000. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and Henley reserves the right to review and cease this program at any time without notification.
