The Stock Exchange of Thailand built its headquarters in the area three years ago and financial firms are expanding into the area as well. In terms of big names nestled in Rama IX-Ratchada, consumer goods giant Unilever has set up its Thai office in the area, followed by AIA, with the AIA Capital Center.

In terms of upcoming infrastructure, the MRT Orange Line - stretching 37.5km long, with 30 stations in all - is underway. The new transit line will bring about dramatic changes to Rama IX-Ratchada, with early buyers and investors benefitting from improved property prices. RISE Rama 9 is located 600m away from the upcoming Pradit Manutham station in the Orange Line. RISE Rama 9’s vicinity to ARL Ramkhamhaeng easily opens one up to the rest of Bangkok via rail. ARL Ramkhamhaeng is one stop away from Makkasan Station, which is linked to MRT Phetchaburi. The Sukhumvit MRT station is then just one stop away from MRT Pretchaburi. Whether it be MRT or BTS, one can easily make quick trips to other areas of Bangkok when they land at the Sukhumvit MRT station.

Bangkok is famed for its nightlife, and RISE Rama 9 is near some of Bangkok’s most vibrant night spots, with Ekkamai Road and Sukhumvit 55 just a short drive away (towards Sukhumvit Road). For other urban conveniences within its vicinity, one can find department stores like Show DC and The Nine Center Rama 9 near the development, as well as RCA Alley, a nightlife hub. Travel a little further, and you’ll find Food Land and Big C Supercenter located on Ramkhamhaeng Road - good for quick grocery runs.
