Introduction
Premature ejaculation is very common and 30% of men say they have experienced it at some time in their lives. For over 5 years now, I have dedicated my life to helping thousands of guys overcome their premature ejaculation. I hope that you can take great benefit from this book. Remember, there are no overnight cures. But if you are dedicated and persistent then, like anything else in life, you can obtain a complete solution: a total cure. Breathing Techniques
Breathing techniques should not be underestimated. Many guys will huff and puff large breaths and, unsurprisingly, find that it does nothing for them. There are several different breathing techniques. I want to touch on two today.
Triangular Breathing
This is where you breathe in, hold your breath and breathe out – all for the same length of time, whatever feels most comfortable to you. Generally speaking, most guys take around two seconds for each of the three stages. Do this while you are having intercourse, at any moment when you are feeling anxiety about your premature ejaculation. It will help to calm you down and buy you valuable time in the bedroom.
Diaphragmatic Breathing
This is the absolute best breathing technique for premature ejaculation. Most people breathe inefficiently, using the chest. Your belly should appear to inflate, rather than your chest. When this happens, you are using your diaphragm to breathe with. It helps to keep you extremely calm and puts next to no stress on neighbouring organs. To perform it, simply practise it often. As you breathe in, look for your belly to rise instead of your chest. It can help if you use the fingertips just below the belly button – push into the fingertips when
inhaling and use those same fingertips to help push the breath back out. The more often you practise the better. Eventually, it will become second nature and you won’t even need to think about it anymore. Breathing in this way can buy you a good ten or twenty minutes in the bedroom alone.
Distraction Exercises
The major reason why you get premature ejaculation is because you are hypersensitive to stimulation. One way to take away some of the resultant skyrocketing arousal is to tune you out of yourself somewhat using distraction. One really good way to do this is to perform mental exercises. These are best done when receiving oral or when your partner is facing away from you e.g. “doggy style. Think of the numbers on a clock face from 1 to 12. Start at 1 and add up the numbers. Alternatively, multiply them. Another good exercise is to go through the alphabet in your head but backwards, from z to a. This is not intuitive to most people and requires some focus. More focus elsewhere means less hypersensitivity for you and valuable minutes gained in the bedroom.
Over The Counter Remedies and Supplements
There are actually a few different over the counter products that can help you with premature ejaculation.
L-Methionine
L-methionine is an amino acid. Many guys have found relief from premature ejaculation by taking it. It may well work for you. If you do take it, ensure you are getting sufficient B-vitamins or else you run the risk of atherosclerosis.
Antihistamines
Men with premature ejaculation have been found to have high histamine levels. Many men have found that if they take an antihistamine remedy that it can buy them valuable time in the bedroom.
Positions
Positions are not all they are cracked up to be. For example, the woman being on top will make sex less predictable for the man (a bit like the woman masturbating you instead of you doing it yourself) and yet for some men it is worse because they feel a total lack of control. Try different positions, some may be marginally better than others for you. One position that is universally great is the “coital alignment technique. This looks a lot like missionary but you (the man) should stay deep in penetration. Once locked in this position, get you and your partner to take turns in pushing. In this way, you will both set up a rocking motion, to and fro. Additionally, your pubic bone should be grinding against hers, where her clitoris is located. Most women have never experienced this position and will be amazed when they realise what they have been missing out on. There is no other sexual position that delivers as much sexual satisfaction to women, simply because of the unrivalled clitoral stimulation.
Reverse Kegels
You may have heard of kegels. These are an exercise to develop what is known as the “PC muscle”, the muscle that makes your erect penis rise a little when you flex it. The idea is that you can use this muscle to block ejaculation. In fact, many men with premature ejaculation already have extremely strong PC muscles. Kegels are not such a great idea. In fact, each tensing of the kegel muscle while you are being stimulated actually causes you to get closer to ejaculation. It is much better to do the reverse and learn how to relax this muscle, hence the name “reverse kegels”. Next time you have sex or masturbate, notice how movement on your penis causes the PC muscle to flex and therefore your penis to rise and inflate to maximum hardness. After a few seconds of this, stop stimulation and feel the PC muscle stop. Do this regularly and you’ll also be able to try and assist this muscle in its relaxation. If you practise this often, you’ll be able to stop your PC muscle exerting so tightly and as often as it does. You’ll also be able to relax it quickly when it does happen. This will buy you a LOT of time in the bedroom.
