FAQs for customers

WHAT VOUCHERS ARE AVAILABLE?

Customers can purchase vouchers in denominations from £10 upwards for consumables, £20 upwards for education, service, software, MediCruit and £100 upwards for equipment. They are valid for 6 months. When they purchase a voucher, they receive an email from our Customer Support team informing them of the code they should use when redeeming. If a consumables voucher this can be seen sitting on their account in JDE.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR REWARDS?

Practice owners, practice managers (with permission from the Practice Owner) and labs. This programme is open to customers in the UK, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.

WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?

Your Henry Schein account number and your GDC number. If you are an SOE customer and do not have a Henry Schein account, we can set up an account for you – simply call the Rewards team on 0800 083 8559 and we will take you through the process.

I HAVE MORE THAN ONE HENRY SCHEIN ACCOUNT- WHAT DO I DO?

If you want all of your Henry Schein accounts merged into one Rewards account, simply register an account as your primary Rewards account, then give the support team a call on 0800 083 8559 and they will do the rest for you. Once you’re on the multi account structure, your Reward vouchers will be allocated to your primary Rewards account by default. The support team can alter this when you order a voucher, just remember to let them know at the time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO BE ADDED TO MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

Points are calculated for the whole of the calendar month (irrespective of when customers register), and uploaded monthly to the statement on approximately the 5th of the following month. This is for invoiced orders only from the previous month.

CAN I BUY ADDITIONAL POINTS?

No – you are unable to buy additional points. Only points awarded through the scheme can be used towards rewards.
