This deal includes eight aircraft for the U.S. Navy, six aircraft for the Republic of Korea Navy and four aircraft for the Royal New Zealand Air Force. The Republic of Korea Navy and Royal New Zealand Air Force acquired the aircraft through the Foreign Military Sales process and will receive the same P-8A Poseidon variant designed and produced for the U.S. Navy. The Royal New Zealand Air Force is expected to begin receiving aircraft in 2022 and the Republic of Korea Navy is expected to begin receiving aircraft in 2023. Pagină 8 din 52
The P-8 is a long-range multi-mission maritime patrol aircraft that is based on Boeing's 737 Next-Generation aeroplanes, with some extra bits of military kit. These extras include maritime weapons, bomb bay, pylons for weapons, two weapons stations on each wing and can carry 129 sonobuoys. The aircraft is also fitted with an in-flight refuelling system to facilitate much longer missions on patrol over friendly, or indeed unfriendly skies. The P-8 can fly high -up to 41,000 ft and get to the area of interest fast with a speed of up to 490 knots.

The Annual General Meeting decided in accordance with the Board’s proposal of guidelines for remuneration and other terms of employment for senior executives. Long-term incentive program 2021 and acquisition and transfer of own shares The Annual General Meeting decided in accordance with the Board’s proposal of a long-term incentive program 2021 (“LTI 2021”), consisting of three parts: Share Matching Plan 2021, Performance Share Plan 2021 and Special Projects Incentive 2021. LTI 2021 comprises a maximum of 1,465,000 Series B shares. The Share Matching Plan 2021 covers all permanent employees. The participants can save up to 5 percent of the cash base salary, for purchase of Saab Series B shares. If the purchased shares are retained for three years and employment within the Saab Group continues, the employee will be granted a corresponding number of shares by Saab free of consideration. The program covers a maximum of 993,000 Series B shares. The Performance Share Plan 2021 is directed at a maximum of 200 key employees including the President. The participants can save up to 7.5 percent of the cash base salary for purchase of Saab Series B shares. If the purchased shares are retained for three years and employment within the Saab Group continues, the employee is entitled to matching of performance shares, free of consideration, provided that the performance targets are met. The program entitles the employee to allotment of a maximum of 2-7 performance shares for each purchased share, depending on the group belonging. The number of performance shares is linked to three performance targets: organic sales growth (30% weight), EBIT margin (30% weight) and free cash flow (40% weight) during the financial year 2021. The Performance Share Plan 2021 covers a maximum of 258,000 Series B shares in Saab. Special Projects Incentive 2021 is directed at a maximum of 100 key employees, including the President. Special Projects Incentive 2021 is a complement to the Performance Share Plan 2021. Participation in the program also presupposes participation in the Performance Share Plan 2021 or the Share Matching Plan 2021. The program entitles the employee to allotment of performance shares corresponding to a maximum of 15-52.5 per cent of the cash base salary for the financial year 2021 depending on group belonging, provided that the employment remains for three years and that performance targets are reached. The allotment of performance shares are based on the achievement of ten equally weighted performance targets during 2021, related to Saab’s special projects within the product areas Gripen, airborne radar systems (AEW&C), submarines, missiles, combat management systems and advanced pilot training systems. For the President and other members of the Group Management, allotment of performance shares in the program and the Performance Share Plan 2021 together, may in total amount to a maximum of 75 per cent of the cash base salary for the President and 60 per cent of the cash base salary for the other members of the Group Management. The program covers a maximum of 214,000 Series B shares in Saab. The Annual General Meeting also decided to authorize the Board of Directors to decide on acquisition of a maximum of 1,465,000 Series B shares to secure delivery of shares to participants in Saab’s incentive program and for subsequent transfers on the stock exchange to cover certain costs associated with LTI 2021, mainly social security costs. The Shareholders’ Meeting further decided that no more than 1,135,000 Series B shares may be transferred, free of consideration, to participants in LTI 2021. Transfers are normally made during the financial year 2024 and in February 2025 according to the conditions for LTI 2021. Acquisition and transfer of own shares The Annual General Meeting decided on authorizing the Board to, before the next Annual General Meeting, decide on the acquisition of Series B shares up to a maximum Pagină 11 din 52
of 10 percent of the total number of shares in the Company. The purpose of the authorization is to be able to adjust the Company’s capital structure and thereby contribute to an increased shareholder value as well as to enable a continuous use of acquired shares in connection with potential acquisitions of companies and for the Company’s share-related incentive programs. The Board of Directors was further authorized to, before the next Annual General Meeting, decide on transfer of own shares in connection with acquisition of companies. The purpose of the authorization is to provide the Board of Directors with increased scope for action in connection with financing of acquisitions of companies. It was also decided that the Company shall have the right to, in consideration of earlier years established incentive programs, before the next Annual General Meeting, over the stock exchange transfer a maximum of 1,260,000 Series B shares in order to cover certain expenses, mainly social security payments.

Additionally, many companies are lending their technical expertise to develop, transport, or manufacture medical products desperately needed by healthcare professionals globally. Lockheed Martin Corp. Chairman, President, and CEO Marillyn Hewson issued a message reaffirming company policy to protect the health and safety of employees and their families, deliver for customers, and use know-how and resources to assist the country during the crisis. As an initial contribution to COVID-19 relief and recovery effort, Lockheed Martin will advance more than $50 million to small- and medium-sized business partners in its supply chain to ensure they have the financial means to continue to operate, sustain jobs, and support the U.S. economy. La 31 martie 2020, rezervele valutare la Banca Naţională a României se situau la nivelul de 34.123 milioane euro, față de 35.830 milioane euro la 29 februarie 2020. În cursul lunii au avut loc următoarele operaţiuni: • Intrări de 3.252 milioane euro, reprezentând modificarea rezervelor minime în valută constituite de instituţiile de credit, alimentarea conturilor Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, alimentarea contului Comisiei Europene și altele; • Ieşiri de 4.959 milioane euro, reprezentând reducerea ratei rezervelor minime obligatorii, modificări ale rezervelor minime în valută constituite de instituțiile de credit, plăţi de rate și dobânzi în contul datoriei publice denominate în valută şi altele. Menționăm că 24 februarie – 23 martie 2020 este perioada de aplicare a deciziei Consiliului de administrație al Băncii Naționale a României de reducere a ratei rezervei minime obligatorii aplicabile pasivelor în valută la 6 la sută de la 8 la sută. Nivelul rezervei de aur s-a menţinut la 103,6 tone. În condiţiile evoluţiilor preţurilor internaţionale, valoarea acesteia s-a situat la 4.883 milioane euro. Rezervele internaţionale ale României (valute plus aur) la 31 martie 2020 au fost de 39.006 milioane euro, faţă de 40.752 milioane euro la 29 februarie 2020. T-Mobile US on Wednesday announced that it has officially completed its merger with Sprint to create the New T-Mobile. The parent of the combined company is T-Mobile US and it will operate under the name T-Mobile. The enhanced scale and financial strength of the combined company will drive a planned investment of $40 billion into its network, business and more over the next three years, said the Company. Synergies achieved from the integration have the potential to unlock massive scale and unleash at least $43 billion in value for shareholders. The company also announced that with close of the merger, it has successfully completed its long-planned CEO transition from John Legere to Mike Sievert ahead of schedule. Effective immediately, Sievert will assume the role of CEO of T-Mobile. Legere will continue as a member of the Board of Directors for the remainder of his current term, through the Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2020.

doctor Florin Paul Am luat decizia de a-l aduce în echipă pe domnul doctor Florin Paul care, începând de astăzi, este consilierul meu în domeniul medical. Doctorul Florin Paul este general de brigadă în retragere, medic epidemiolog ca formare, cu o carieră de peste 30 de ani în domeniul militar și o experiență de aproape 25 de ani, dobândită prin participarea la misiuni de menținere a păcii şi umanitare ale ONU în Africa, Europa și SUA. În anul 1994, a participat la misiunea ONU în Somalia, îndeplinind funcția de șef al Departamentului de boli infecțioase și tropicale în cadrul spitalului militar de campanie. În anul 1995 a participat, în calitate de director medical, la misiunea UNAVEM III în Angola. În anul 2005 a comandat echipa medicală românească din Abu Graib care acționa în cadrul spitalului de campanie de lângă Bagdad, în misiunea IRAQI FREEDOM. Între anii 2007-2010 a fost șeful Secției de sprijin medical în cadrul Diviziei de suport logistic, la sediul Națiunilor Unite. În perioada 2010-2012 a fost director medical la Biroul de sprijin al ONU pentru Misiunea Uniunii Africane în Somalia (UNSOA), 20122015 - director medical la Forța Interimară a ONU în Liban (UNIFIL), 2016-2018 a fost consilier medical la Forța din Niger a Uniunii Europene. A participat și la grupurile de lucru ale Comitetului șefilor serviciilor medicale ale armatelor membre NATO pe probleme de epidemiologie, medical intelligence și CBRN - componenta biologică. A publicat zeci de lucrări de specialitate, în țară și străinătate, în domeniul bolilor infecțioase, epidemiologiei, protecției medicale în medii în care sunt utilizate arme biologice, managementul crizelor și asistenței medicale. Experiența și expertiza domniei sale în domeniul epidemiologic reprezintă un suport care va contribui semnificativ la furnizarea de recomandări care să contribuie la prevenirea și limitarea efectelor COVID-19. Îi mulțumesc pentru faptul că a acceptat acest post și vreau să subliniez, încă o data, că sunt încrezător în valoarea profesională a domniei sale!

Totodată, am modificat ordinul inițial ca să beneficieze de Certificate de Situație de Urgență și companiile a căror activitate a fost întreruptă total sau parțial ca efect al stării de urgență și le-au scăzut VENITURILE în luna martie cu 25% față de media lunilor ianuarie și februarie (ÎN PLUS FAȚĂ de ceea ce exista respectiv: ÎNCASĂRI mai mici în martie cu 25% față de media lunilor ianuarie și februarie). Certificatele de Situație de Urgență au ca scop susținerea operatorilor economici în relațiile cu instituțiile publice pentru obținerea, în condițiile legii, de facilități de creditare, măsuri de sprijin ori în relațiile comerciale, ca urmare a impactului economic, financiar și social asupra activității acestora, determinat de răspândirea coronavirusului SARS–CoV-2: amânarea la plată pentru serviciile de utilități, invocarea de forță majoră (doar pentru IMM-uri).

Guvern România De la intrarea în vigoare a Ordonanței Militare nr. 2 și până în prezent, au fost plasate în carantină instituționalizată 1.247 de persoane care nu au respectat perioada de autoizolare. De asemenea, 50 de persoane aflate în carantină au părăsit locația în care au fost plasate, pentru acestea fiind dispusă măsura carantinării pentru o nouă perioadă de 14 zile. Până astăzi, 1 aprilie, pe teritoriul României, au fost confirmate 2.460 de cazuri de persoane infectate cu virusul COVID – 19 (coronavirus). Dintre persoanele confirmate pozitiv, 252 au fost declarate vindecate și externate (84 la București, 56 la Timiș, 26 la Iași, 21 la Caraș-Severin, 12 la Constanța, 20 la Prahova, 8 la Dolj, 5 la Brașov, 8 la Cluj, 5 la Galați, 2 la Bihor, 1 la Brăila, 1 la Mureș, 1 la Neamț, 1 la Alba, 1 Argeș). Totodată, până acum, 85 de persoane diagnosticate cu infecție cu COVID-19, internate în spitale din Craiova, București, Iași, Suceava, Arad, Bacău, Timișoara, Cluj, Neamț, Hunedoara, Constanța, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Ialomița, Oradea, Ialomița, Bihor și Mureș, au decedat. De la ultima informare transmisă de Grupul de Comunicare Strategică, au fost înregistrate alte 215 noi cazuri de îmbolnăvire. La ATI, în acest moment, sunt internați 57 de pacienți, dintre care 34 în stare gravă. Starea de sănătate a celorlalți pacienți este deocamdată staționară. Pe teritoriul României, în carantină instituționalizată sunt 12.218 de persoane. Alte 119.218 de persoane sunt în izolare la domiciliu și se află sub monitorizare medicală. Până la această dată, la nivel național, au fost prelucrate 26.609 teste. În ultimele 24 de ore, au fost înregistrate 923 de apeluri la numărul unic de urgență 112 și 4.826 la linia TELVERDE (0800 800 358), deschisă special pentru informarea cetățenilor. Prin structurile abilitate ale M.A.I. au fost întocmite, până în prezent, 260 de dosare penale, sub aspectul săvârșirii infracțiunii de zădărnicirea combaterii bolilor, faptă prevăzută şi pedepsită de art. 352 alin. 1 Cod Penal. Totodată, în ultimele 24 de ore, Poliția și Jandarmeria au aplicat, în același interval de timp, 522 de sancțiuni contravenționale pentru nerespectarea măsurilor de izolare/carantină. Polițiștii au depistat, în același interval de 24 de ore, 6.939 de persoane care nu au respectat măsura privind restricţionarea circulaţiei. Acestora le-au fost aplicate sancţiuni contravenţionale, în valoare de 11.366.595 lei. În ceea ce privește situația cetățenilor români aflați în alte state, potrivit informațiilor obținute de misiunile diplomatice și oficiile consulare ale României în străinătate, până în prezent, 196 de cetățeni români au fost confirmați ca fiind infectați cu COVID-19 (coronavirus): 105 în Spania, 57 în Italia, 14 în Franța, 7 în Germania, 4 în Marea Britanie, 2 în Namibia, 2 în Indonezia și câte unul în Tunisia, Irlanda, Luxemburg, Belgia și SUA. De la începutul epidemiei de COVID-19 (coronavirus) și până la acest moment, 24 de cetățeni români aflați în străinătate, 9 în Italia, 6 în Franța, 4 în Marea Britanie, 4 în Spania și unul în Germania, au decedat. Le reamintim cetățenilor să ia în considerare doar informațiile verificate prin sursele oficiale și să apeleze pentru recomandări și alte informații la linia TELVERDE 0800.800.358. Numărul TELVERDE nu este un număr de urgență, este o linie telefonică alocată strict pentru informarea cetățenilor. De asemenea, românii aflați în Pagină 42 din 52
străinătate pot solicita informații despre prevenirea și combaterea virusului la linia special dedicată lor, +4021.320.20.20. Alte decizii, precum și alte date de interes, vor fi aduse la cunoștința publicului în cel mai scurt timp. În continuare vă prezentăm situația privind infectarea cu virusul COVID – 19 (Coronavirus) la nivel european și global: Până la data de 31 martie 2020, au fost raportate 386.282 de cazuri în UE / SEE, Regatul Unit, Monaco, San Marino, Elveția, Andora.
