Pat WILLIAMS
Vice President and General Manager, Army and Marine Corps Programs Pat Williams serves as the vice president and general manager of Army and Marine Corps programs for Oshkosh Defense, a position he was appointed to in June 2016. Williams leads the business unit serving U.S. Army and Marine Corps customers. He previously served as the senior director for a portfolio of multiple Army and Marine Corps programs including MATV, EBFL, P-19, LVSR and MTVR. Prior to that role, Williams was the director of the Oshkosh M-ATV
program. Williams began his career with Oshkosh in 2005 as project manager for ILS on the global integrated product support (GIPS) team. His time with GIPS included a tour in Kuwait as the program manager for the Oshkosh theater provided equipment refurbishment (TPER) program, which refurbished FHTV, Linehaul and M1000 trailers. He subsequently managed the Oshkosh Global Regional Logistics Service Centers. Prior to joining Oshkosh, Williams gained extensive experience with procurement, logistics, materials and operations management in various roles in the manufacturing industry. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology from Lawrence University. He is also a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma green belt.
