ALUMINUM FRAME – FIFTEEN YEARS

If the aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frame or welds) within 15 years from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will replace or repair the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original is not available.

VINYL STRAP

If a strap breaks within five years from the date of purchase, a replacement strap will be sent directly to the customer in the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the original is not available. Excessive fading of vinyl will be warrantied for two years. FABRIC – TWO YEARS

If the fabric on a sling, cushion, or umbrellas tears or fades excessively within two years from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or replace the fabric in the original selection if available, or in a similar fabric if the original is no longer available.

PAINT FINISH – FOUR YEARS

If the paint finish on an extruded aluminum frame blisters or peels within four years from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or refinish the frame in the original color, if still available, or in a similar color if the original is no longer available. AQUA MGP – TWO YEARS If the frame fails structurally or fades excessively within 2 years from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or refinish the frame in the original color, if still available, or in a similar color if the original is no longer available. Maintaining your pool’s correct PH balance is necessary to protect your furniture’s finish.

UMBRELLA FRAME – ONE YEAR

If an umbrella frame fails structurally within one year from the date of purchase, Leisure Creations will repair or replace applicable parts or frame in the original style, if still available, or in a similar style if the original is no longer available. Warranty does not apply in cases of exposure to extreme weather. STEEL FURNITURE & UMBRELLA BASE

Frame is covered the same as the extruded fifteen-year warranty. Paint finish is covered two years for blister or peels. Leisure will repair or replace the frame in the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the original is no longer available. Scratches and scrapes can expose the steel frame and void warranty.

WICKER FRAME – ONE YEAR

A one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers all defects associated with workmanship or materials.

MGP

FIVE YEARS for MGP component. TWO YEARS for excessive color fading.

SOLAR TABLES – TWO YEARS

For top and charging components only. It is recommended, to prevent damage to the battery, that the solar table not be stored indoors for long periods of time.

LEISURE CREATIONS WARRANTIES BECOME NULL AND VOID IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT RESULTING FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

Unauthorized repairs

Breakage due to abuse or misuse

Repair, alteration, or modification of the product by anyone other than Leisure Creation or authorized representatives thereof Damage resulting from accidents and severe weather

Vandalism

Use of a power washer for cleaning

In pool use of furniture that is not designed for in pool use voids the warranty Use of unapproved cleaning chemicals or exposure to suntan oils or lotions

Lack of cleaning and maintenance

Warranty applies to the original purchaser

The life of your outdoor furniture depends on how it is cared for and maintained. Consider the care given to your personal home or car, etc., this same kind of proactive care given to your outdoor furniture would increase the longevity of the product and help preserve its beauty.

Care and procedures

Leisure Creations furniture is extremely durable and built specifically for common everyday use outdoors. But, proper maintenance is the only way to ensure it looks and works as good on year 5 as it did on day 1. Here are some helpful instructions on how to maintain your quality outdoor furniture.

TABLE TOPS

Wash the table top using a soft cloth with a solution of water and mild detergent. Rinse with clean water.

FRAMES

Wash frames using a soft cloth and a solution of water and mild detergent and rinse with clean water. For more stubborn stains, you may use a mild abrasive such as Soft Scrub (regular – NO bleach). Periodic waxing with a paste or clear automobile wax can be performed on smooth frame finishes. This will help protect against exposure to sunlight and salty air. Be sure to inspect nylon glides frequently and replace if worn or missing. This will help prolong the life of your furniture.

VINYL STRAP

To protect your vinyl from build-up and mildew growth clean frequently with a solution of mild dish-washing detergent, such as Dawn and ½ cup of white vinegar to two gallons of warm water. Rinse with clean water. For more stubborn stains, you may use a mild abrasive such as Soft Scrub (regular – NO bleach). Periodic paste waxing or use of Armor All® will prolong strap life and help reduce staining.

AQUA MGP

Leisure Creations Aqua MGP Products are designed to be in the pool and have a resistance to sun and chemical levels of a well-maintained pool.

When adding concentrated chemicals to your pool, such as shock, remove Aqua MGP Products from the pool and do not return until chemical levels are back to normal.

CLEANING YOUR AQUA MGP PRODUCTS

Use water and a soft-bristle brush or cloth for routine cleaning. For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner or a Magic Eraser Depending on calcium levels in your pool water you may see a white powdery coating on your Aqua MGP Products. You can clean this with CLR (Calcium, Lime and Rust Remover).

SLING, CUSHION & UMBRELLA FABRIC

Brush off any loose dirt. For cleaning, prepare a cleaning solution of mild soap, such as Woolite® or Dawn® dish-washing liquid, and lukewarm water (NO Bleach). Use approximately ¼ cup of soap per gallon of water. Clean using a sponge or a soft bristle brush, allowing the cleaning solution to soak into fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Allow fabric to air dry.

If done properly, outdoor furniture can be safely cleaned as often as needed, and frequent cleaning should prolong the life of your furniture. Below are some items that can be harmful to vinyl strapping, fabric, and frame finishes: • Do not use strong detergents or bleach, solvents such as methyl, ethyl, ketone, acetone or paint thinner. • Do not use power washers. • Suntan and sunblock products may be harmful to cushions, sling and vinyl.

Do not allow such products to come in contact with seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty.

ROUTING

Unless specific routing is requested, all shipments will be routed at the discretion of our traffic department.

CLAIMS

If there is apparent damage to the containers and furniture, this must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. If concealed damage is discovered when cartons are unpacked, the common carrier must be notified immediately with a claim form filed to collect damages. All damages must be reported within fifteen (15) days of delivery.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance by the factory and returned freight prepaid. Special return authorization labels must be utilized on all returns.

RIGHTS RESERVED

We may, from time to time, make changes in some items we offer. Leisure Creations reserves the right to make obligation with reference to similar products previously manufactured.
