Warranty Policy

At Lambright Comfort Chairs LLC, we are pleased that you have chosen to invest in one of our pieces of furniture. We carry no warranty on leathers or fabrics because of the popularity of household pets.

We offer a 1 Year Warranty on electric components & foam compression.

We offer a 25 Year Warranty on all frames & mechanisms excluding all springs.

If the piece of furniture has been abused or improperly cared for, we will still do repairs at a reasonable cost. Every piece is engraved, dated and numbered so we will be able to trace all pieces manufactured by Lambright Comfort Chairs LLC. Shipping costs will be negotiated between Retail Store and Customer for damaged or warrantied pieces that are shipped to our facility for repairs.

Lambright Comfort Chairs LLC pays special attention to details. Keeping quality and comfort in mind is an important detail to us. Each upholstered piece is made to order and our craftsman follow your specifications from start to finish to create your personal piece of furniture.

Foam

We use Ultra Qualex Foam (the best!) with a 2.6 density to ensure long lasting use for generations.

Frames

Our frames are built with a mild tempered steel to keep your furniture from bending, sagging or warping. We use hard maple on our seat frames and tempered steel back frames to ensure the quality of our furniture!

Dealer Set Up Requirements

To set up as an authorized dealer of Lambright Comfort Chairs, it is required to put a minimum of 7 pieces on the floor.

Authorized Dealer Requirements

To stay an active/authorized dealer, you need to sell at least 10 pieces in a years time and then you will stay updated with fabrics, ultraleathers, and new info and updated pricing.
