2023 Juniors Fall After School Golf
An excellent opportunity for youth of all ages and abilities to improve their technical skills, develop strong course management, and learn golf in a fun, supportive and positive environment.
•Hands-on instruction led by PGA Professional Nate Oberhofer
• Curriculum focuses on developing golf skills; full swing, short game, rules and etiquette while keeping the experience fun and engaging
• Low student to instructor ratio (8:1)
• Each session (4 Weeks) will be 1 hour as follows:
• Juniors may participate in September Session, October Session or Both

Sake Pairing Dinner
Join us on August 25th for an exclusive gathering, limited to 40 attendees, where we are thrilled to present an exceptional sake experience highlighted by the expertise of Joshua Nedider!
Friday, August 25th
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
$85 per person
Five different Sakes will be paired with small plate dishes.
Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Dai Ginjo, Nigori and Nama style sakes will be featured.
We will start the evening with some Sushi, for sure. But the featured Sakes will all be paired with out Sake and served cold!
The focus of the evening will be to show off the versatility of Sake as a food wine in nontraditional pairings, while providing some educational insight into the featured Sake styles.
On hand will be Joshua Neider, Regional Manager of Joto Sake, to provide background and education as we go through the 5 dishes.

Junmai “The Seven Spearsmen”
Founded in the 1540s, Tomita Brewery is one of Japan's oldest, led by 15th-generation Yasunobu Tomita Their sake, Shichi Hon Yari, is named after Battle of Shizugatake leaders. With a mix of tradition and modernity, Shichi Hon Yari Junmai sake offers earthy flavors, elegance, and a gentle finish Its vibrant acidity pairs well with diverse dishes like Duck a l'orange and Korean Steak Tartare
Namazake Junmai Ginjo “Glorious Mt. Fuji”
This year-round "Nama-chozo" sake by Tomita Brewery undergoes brewing, cold storage as namazake, and final pasteurization Fuji Brewery, established in 1778, is led by the 13th generation of the Kato family, including brewmaster Kodai Kato, a young award winner Eiko Fuji sake, from Tsuruoka City in Yamagata, captures the area's light, clean, fruity style
Junmai Ginjo “Nakao’s Secret”
Different from Maboroshi daiginjos, this junmai ginjo lacks the apple yeast yet maintains green apple notes It embodies Hiroshima's "kirei" style, characterized by soft water Nakao Brewery in Takehara, a historic Hiroshima city on the Seto Inland Sea, is one of the last two surviving sake breweries from a once-thriving era of 26.
Daiginjo "The One with the Clocks"
This year-round "Nama-chozo" sake by Tomita Brewery undergoes brewing, cold storage as namazake, and final pasteurization. Dried mushroom on the nose; viscous and creamy in weight and texture; bright grapefruit notes on palate; crisp finish.
Delicate notes of green apple on the nose; soft and melting on the palate; notes of green apple and candied sugar; finisheswith a delicate acidity.
Taste
Overall a light and delicate junmai ginjo; lower in aroma and fruit than many ginjos Representative of the Hiroshima regionwhich is known for soft water and crisp flavors.
Hints of crushed sage on the nose, spiced apple on the palate, finishes with a supple satin texture.
