Our staff will take care of all the set-up of your special décor items while you sit back and enjoy the day of your event with friends & family!

The Club at Boca Pointe only hosts one event at a time, so you have the ultimate flexibility in planning the schedule of your big day. This provides you with the most relaxed experience.

EVENT GUIDELINES

Events Time:

• Starting 8:00 PM for the cocktail reception

• Reception can not be extend pass later than 12:30 AM or End of Reception

• Maximum hours for bar service is 5 hours

Food & Beverage Minimums: Varies by season and Room

• Main Ballroom Room: $16,000-October thru May

• $12,000 June Thru September

• All Other Rooms: $5,000-$7,000 for Daytime Events (excluding Sundays & Mondays)

• $7,000-$10,000 for Evening Events (excluding Sundays & Mondays)

• Food and Beverage Minimums does not include tax and service charge.

Vendors:

• All vendors are required to provide a COI

• Vendors meals are $40++ Chef’s Choice

• All vendors will not be served or allow to purchase alcohol beverages

• Removal of furniture labor fee $500++

Reserving date and Rules:

• A signed contract and $1,000 non-refundable deposit are required in order to secure a date

• Boca Pointe does not hold dates longer than 48 hours. Will have the option to sell without a set deposit.

• Fog and Smoke machines are not permitted

• Clean up Fee: $200++ for Sparklers and floor wrap

• No Confetti allowed

• Finals: Final guests guarantee with the breakdown of each entrée is required 14 days prior to the event.

• A form of entrée identification is required at the guest table, i.e. marked place card, colored coded ticket

• Floor plans are Due 14 days before your event

• Final payments less than 14 days prior to event, must be paid. Accepted payment are Money order, Cashier Check, or Cash or credit card.

• No item will be attached to walls, wallpaper, trim or ceilings by using tape, staples, nails, pins, thumbtacks, zip wire, etc.
