How do I make an event registration?
Please see attached for the process for event reservations and also see important information regarding our cancellation policy.
Event Reservations:
To make an event reservation, please follow these simple steps:
Visit our club website at http://kccclub.org. Log in to your member account by clicking on "Member Home" and entering your credentials.
Once logged in, you will be directed to your personalized member homepage.
Look for the prominent button labeled "Event Reservations" and click on it.
Scroll through the calendar to find the desired event and click on it. Fill out the necessary information for your reservation and click "Save to Calendar" to confirm your attendance.

Cancellation Policy:
We have implemented a 72-hour cancellation policy for all events. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours before the event start time to avoid any cancellation fees. This policy allows us to better manage event preparations and accommodate other interested members.
