9 AM hair & makeup - hotel suite / salon / airbnb / local residence

11 AM - 1 PM photographer arrives for get-ready shots

11 AM - 12:30 PM depending on venue room access for your vendors food for lunch in get-ready areas

2 PM first look followed by bridal party photos

4:30 - 5:30 PM depending on venue

5-11 PM 5:30-11:30 PM

6 PM - 12 AM depending on venue ceremony - time to get married! immediately followed by cocktail hour cocktail hour - bar opens, hors d'oeuvres grand entrance, cake cutting, toasts, dinner, dessert dancing, late night snack
