The Communities of Nocatee
Located at the intersection of Race Track Road and Bartram Park Boulevard, the Pavilion at Durbin Park is a large mix-use development and covers more than 1,600 acres. Assorted styles of homes are available including condominiums, townhouses and single-family homes. The area is continuing to develop and has reported that it will have more than 2.4 million square feet of retail space and 44,000 homes. The Julington-Durbin Creek Preserve is within Bartram Park with more than 2,000 acres of protected land. Comprised of 8,500 acres, the master-planned community of Silverleaf is located between County Road 210 and State Road 16. The community will have more than 10,000 homes and 2.6 million square feet of commercial space. The area offers many amenities including pools, dog parks, tennis and pickleball courts as well as more than 3,500 acres of conservation land.
RiverTown has six neighborhoods in this waterfront community on the shores of the St. Johns River. The community has many different floorplans including a 55 and over neighborhood. Homes are built with eco-friendly use in mind to keep the area as pristine as possible. Interconnected trails and paths weave through the neighborhoods, perfect for an adventure surrounded by nature. THE NEIGHBORHOODS OF WORLD GOLF VILLAGE
A quick 10-minute drive from the beaches, the Neighborhoods of World Golf Village is an affluent residential community with multiple neighborhoods throughout the area including townhomes, condominiums, estates and master-planned communities. Residents can enjoy the IMAX Theater, World Golf Hall of Fame, outlet malls, restaurants, shops and much more. The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village is also about 30 minutes away from Jacksonville, for those looking to venture into the city.
VILANO BEACH
The seaside community of Vilano Beach is two miles northeast of St. Augustine. ST. AUGUSTINE
As the oldest city in the nation, St. Augustine is rich with history and holds a special charm for many. Founded in 1565 by Ponce De León, residents can explore the city’s history by visiting different sites such as the Castillo De San Marcos National Monument, the Lightner Museum, the OId Jail and St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum. The city has various events during the year including historical reenactments and the gorgeous Nights of Lights during the holiday season.
