Seven Pines, a new 1,000-acre master-planned community located near Butler Boulevard and I-295, has begun construction. Set to open in 2022, the new community will include approximately 1,600 single-family homes, apartments, as well as commercial and retail space. Residents will have access to a sprawling 34-acre park alongside a beautiful lake. Nature lovers can enjoy two miles of multipurpose trails that will circle the lake. The Seven Pines Residents Club will feature a resort-style pool, a lap-lane pool, and a children’s water park.

TOWN CENTER

The ever-expanding area around the St. Johns Town Center is home to many luxury apartments, townhouses and condominiums. Residents in this neighborhood are within walking distance from the best shopping Jacksonville has to offer. The area also has exciting entertainment and amazing restaurants. With the University of North Florida down the road, many college students choose to call this area home.

DUVAL-WEST DOWNTOWN

Those looking for metropolitan living can find lofts, townhomes and riverfront condominiums in downtown Jacksonville. Many loft apartments are found in renovated buildings dating back to the early 1920s. Residents living downtown are within walking distance to several bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Downtown is also the epicenter for entertainment, business, and culture on the First Coast, with public art, museums, festivals, concerts and sporting events.

The Riverside and Avondale neighborhoods combine historic charm and vibrant culture. Strolling through the neighborhoods, residents will find an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, bars, and nightclubs. The homes located along the area’s tree-lined streets have been restored to keep original architecture, preserving the community’s history. In addition to large historic homes and quaint bungalows, Riverside/Avondale also has brick quadruplexes and duplexes. The Brooklyn Riverside apartments offer urban living and modern comforts, located in the heart of Jacksonville close to I-95, allowing easy access to shopping, activities and more. The apartments are located close to Riverside Park, with wonderful water views of the St. Johns River.

SPRINGFIELD

Once home to Jacksonville’s wealthiest residents, Springfield is our city’s oldest neighborhood. Located just north of downtown, the neighborhood features many restored mansions and renovated bungalows surrounded by majestic oaks which shade the picturesque residential streets. The area is also full of coffee shops, restaurants, locally-owned stores, craft breweries, public art and beautiful murals.

WESTSIDE

Jacksonville’s Westside is home to waterfront mansions, Tudor-style homes and wooden-frame houses. The region is made up of smaller communities including Normandy, Marietta/Whitehouse, Maxville and Baldwin. The affluent Ortega neighborhood is south of Riverside and has historic homes, serene parks and ancient live oak trees. Many Westside residents are military personnel due to the proximity of Naval Air Station Jacksonville. For those that enjoy going out on the water, the Westside has numerous marinas and boating facilities with access to the St. Johns and Ortega rivers.
