DESCRIPTION
This bill includes several sections. It revises the monthly amount of money that residents within a Veterans nursing home receive before contributing to the facility’s maintenance and support. It also includes the eligibility period for postpartum Medicaid for pregnant women and revises years of audited disproportionate share data for calculating the average of calculating disproportionate share payments. The bill also revises the requirement of disproportionate share payments to particular children’s specialty hospitals.
