Conditions of Sale to Purchasers: 1. Subject to the sole discretion of the Auctioneer, the highest bidder to be the purchaser, and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the dispute may be settled by the Auctioneer, or the lot so in question may immediately be put up and resold. 2. No person shall advance less than 20% on the proceeding bid. The Auctioneer reserving the right to control the bidding. 3. The Auctioneer does not guarantee the accuracy or correct description of any lot or the genuineness or authenticity of any such lot. The Auctioneer accepts no responsibility for any fault or defect in any lot and makes no other warranty whatsoever. 4. The purchasers to give their names and places of abode, and pay down a payment of 20% of the purchase price, or more in part payment. 5. Purchasers to pay 15% auction fees exclusive of Value Added Taxation (VAT). VAT will be charged on those fees at the standard rate (currently 23%). 6. Payments must be made either by cash, bank draft, credit card or debit card to the satisfaction of the Auctioneer. N.B. An additional charge of 1% will be applied to all credit card payments. 7. All lots purchased at auction must be paid for and removed from the Saleroom, whether genuine or authentic or not, with all faults and errors, at the buyers expense and risk immediately from the close of sale and no later than 12pm the following day, or such time as agreed by the Auctioneer at the time of sale. Items left uncollected after the specified time will incur a storage charge applied at the rate of 1% of the total invoice value per day exclusive of VAT. 8. In the event that an electrical and/or mechanical item is not in a safe working condition the purchaser may return it to the Auctioneer and obtain a refund of the purchase price no later than 12pm on the Tuesday immediately following the day of sale. The Auctioneer accepts no liability for any damages, injury or other expenses incurred by such an item. If any fault in such an item is evident at the time of sale the purchaser shall accept all liability for the item. 9. If any deficiency shall arise in any lot in quantity or from any cause, the Auctioneer shall be unable to deliver any lot or portion of a lot, then, in such case, the purchaser shall accept compensation for the same to be made in proportion to the purchase money for the whole lot. 10. No delivery of purchases will be given while the auction is in progress.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in any monies deposited being forfeit. All lots unclaimed within the time aforesaid shall be resold at the discretion of the Auctioneer. 1

Bidding All intending purchasers must register for a bidding number before commencement of the Auction. Potential purchasers are recommended to register on the morning of the auction.

Delivery and Payment Items may be collected from the end of the auction until 6 pm Thursday 14 th July. Alternatively items may be collected and paid for between 9.30 am and 12 pm on Friday morning 15 th July 2016; items left uncollected after this time will incur a storage charge as detailed in the 'Conditions of Sale' listed on the previous page of this catalogue. Commission on purchases is charged at the rate of 15% exclusive of V.A.T. Please note there is a 1% surcharge on all credit card payments.

International Buyers Commissioned bidding is available and all commissioned bids will be, to the best of our ability, executed as if the buyer were present themselves. Any and all items so purchased will be shipped at your expense and liability within 5 working days of our reciept of cleared payment.
