Preface Photography is interest and rewarding. However, it is sometimes too difficult for the general layman to understand the inter-relationship between aperture, shutter speed, ISO and white balance. Furthermore, as the digital single lens reflex camera becomes cheaper and more popular, one has to learn also the additional and yet versatile features offered by the equipment. This book collects a number of photographs taken by me in the course of learning photography. They are not of magazine-quality but nonetheless they carry the various settings in shooting the photographs. By looking at the photographs, one should be able to understand how they were shot. Hence I have no intention to append any explanation to them. After all, a picture worths more than a thousand words.
