In this roleyou will meet regularlywith seniorUniversity management and community leaders, being the lead officer for democratic and governance structures aswell asfor campaigns and change.

VICE PRESIDENT EDUCATION COULDYOU REPRESENT STUDENTS’ACADEMIC VIEWSAND ENHANCETHEIR LEARNING EXPERIENCE? TheVice President Education lobbiesfor a great academic experience at the University.

In this role,you will workto improve and continually develop the academic life of the University through working with Student Reps and others to ensure that students are partners in their education. You will support employability throughout the Universityto ensure students leave with a great degree and are employable. Additionally,you will champion a culture where students’feedback is engaged with and used to continually develop the University.

In this roleyou will lead ourrecreational and development activities such as societies, volunteering, RAG and media.You will be the lead officer in development of sport and social activity on campus and the champion ofstudent groups and extra-curricular activity.

VICE PRESIDENT COMMUNITY PASSIONATEABOUT STUDENTWELFAREAND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY? TheVice President Community workswith on and off-campus partnerswith the goal of developing a community ofstudents at the University.

In this role,you will be the lead officerfor welfare,working with organisations on and off campus to ensure that students are able to access the support and guidance that they need.You will be a champion for citizenship and social responsibly amongst ourstudents, and ensure students’ interests are represented off-campus aswell as on.

Full-Time Elected Officerswill officially take up office on 6thJuly 2020 andfinish their term in office on 11thJune 2021.Therewill be aweekof handover between 2020/21 and 2021/2022 Elected Officers between 6th July – 11th July 2020.
