CLIMATE CHANGE GLOBAL WARMING AND THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT

CLIMATE CHANGE IS THE TERM USED TO DESCRIBE THE CHANGE IN THE WEATHER GLOBALLY AS THE EARTH GETS HOTTER.

The greenhouse effect is the process of the sun heating the earth during the day and then cooling in the night. The earth should release most of the heat so that it doesn’t get too hot. Greenhouse gasses in the air like Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Nitrous Oxide and Ozone stop all of the heat that needs to escape from being able to, and so it heats up the earth. Global warming is the temperature of the Earth’s surface rising.
