Before I begin this article, please remember 4 things:

1. There is a God
2. God Has a Plan
3. God’s Plan is Working
4. God’s Plan Includes YOU and me.
YES, YOU are in God’s plan and in His handiwork! There are five things that God wants of us.
1. UNITY. Psalms 133:1 says, “How good it is for us to dwell in unity.” Please reflect on this humorous statement: “Oh to dwell with saints we love, of that will be glory, but to live below with saints we know, now that is a different story!”
2. MEDITATE ON HIS WORD. As it says in Joshua1:8: “Meditate on my Word both day and night.” That will bring you you success.
3. PRAY CONTINUALLY. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says: “Pray without ceasing.”
4. LOVE ONE ANOTHER. And above all things have fervent love for another. For “love will cover a multitude of sins.” Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 1 Peter 4:8-10.
5. FORGIVENESS. Before you can be truly FREE, you must forgive. Ephesians 4:32 says, “…/forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you!” God wants us to do all these! But we must not be so heavenly minded that we are no earthly good! Whatever you are facing, God wants to intervene on your behalf!!!!
Peace, in any language is not just a folk song theme from the 1960’s, but is what REALLY is needed RIGHT NOW in our tumultuous society!
We are guaranteed peace, joy and righteousness in The Holy Spirit!
The word “peace” in God’s Word (KJV) has some really great definitions. We can proclaim: I will have…completeness, soundness, welfare, peace, completeness (in number), safety, soundness (in body), welfare, health, prosperity, peace, quiet, tranquility, contentment, friendship, a relationship with God especially in covenant relationship, peace (from war)!”
“Seek peace and well-being for the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the LORD on its behalf; for in its peace (well-being) you will have peace.” –Jeremiah 29:7 AMP.
Only true peace comes from our Lord Jesus Christ! Be blessed today in His Peace!
