ORDER PROCESS

We provied print and digital file - for print we can help you to print on the paper; for digital you can get the digital file and find the printer by yourself. We had designed for brides from Hong Kong to New York, Taiwan and Macau, all over the world! ​

Choose a design which is perfect for you from more than 200 designs in our HeyHey Collection www.heyheycard.com and email us with below detail to get a quote: The style code of invitations; How many you would like to print; The size of invitations you want and other product you would like to order.

Easy editing and preview via email

When we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email with any relevant details. If you are placing a custom order, we will send you the prices and productions date. Once you place the order, please settle the payment with 50% Deposit. (Please noted that print with foamboard or wedding prop it needs 100% payment. You can find the payment details on page27)

Design process & Production time

After received your payment we will start the first layout for you. you can receive your first layout within 3-7 working days, if custom design need 2 weeks. 1 When you approved the layout, we will start to print the goods. its take around 4 - 10 business day (It's depends on the paper you choose or do you need to do hot foil etc, You can find the payment details on page27)

Shipping

When the print is done, we will check the printing quality, package and ship to you within 7-14 business days, 7-20 business days for worldwide.

Please noted that 3 rounds of the layout are included in the cost. if you want to have over 3 rounds layout, its cost HKD50each time. Layout not including in the cost the style no. (Its need to cost HKD100 for change the style)*Please noted that when you place the order that means you have read and agree to our Terms and conditions.
