No wonder every bride-to-be is floating on a cloud after saying “yes” to her blissful engagement. However, when it comes to the actual wedding plan, all the preparation whether about the bouquet, venue availability, catering issues, or choice of prewedding photographers will obviously become overwhelming. Your nerves are tightened as your minds start to race and rush. In the end, your body will give you signals by induce abundance of toxins which will severely damage your health.

The good news is having plant-based food as the central part of your meal can help you discharge toxins from your body and ease stress and anxiety as well! To start with this “detox journey”, there would be no choice easier than power green smoothie.
Green smoothies are filled with superfood like kales, spinach, celery and various fresh fruits. These wholesome ingredients including fiber and other vital nutrients will provide you a greater nutrition and can help alkaline your body to get a better bloodstream. I personally suggest replacing breakfast with a big jar of green smoothie and let it nourish your mind and body in the beginning of the day.
