Oil System Design Development

HFA Fueling developed a working prototype for Love’s truck shop oil storage / delivery. This design is used for developing site specific permitting / construction documents. With this new design, Love’s is able to increase their oil storage from 2,600 gallons to 35,000 gallons. This was accomplished by replacing the traditional floor mounted oil tanks with larger underground storage tanks, similar to those used for fuel storage. This allowed space inside the building to be opened up for additional tire storage.

HFA Fueling worked closely with equipment manufacturers and Love’s to develop this prototype design from scratch to meet the client’s needs. This system is able to supply pressurized oil delivery to multiple truck service bays.
