Since the beginning of our partnership with 7-Eleven, scaling at a fast pace has always been the goal, so our team worked to develop a new prototype that allowed us to help design and build 1,000 stores in five years, while also applying value engineering principles to keep costs manageable and meeting 7-Eleven’s goal of an overall 25% reduction in energy. Our team also designed a program using BIM technology that provided automated material takeoffs to pre-negotiated vendors for material procurement, facility maintenance, and operations.

The full team approach we use to serve our 7-Eleven clients includes not just architecture and engineering services, but also permitting, landscape, irrigation, drainage, site design, and construction administration.
