Pear and Kiwi Fruit Salsa

2 D’Anjou pears, cored and diced
3 kiwifruits, peeled and diced
N c dried cranberries N c chopped green onions

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Mix together pears, kiwifruits, cranberries, green onions, lemon juice, honey, and mint. 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
