mushrooms may ease depression Mushrooms have been shown to help reduce the risk of cancer. New research from the Penn State College of Medicine determined that they may also boost a person’s mental health.

choose rye for weight loss People who ate high-fiber products made from whole-grain rye lost more weight and body fat than participants who ate similar products made from refined wheat. Calorie intake was about the same in both groups over the 12week study. Those in the wheat group also lost weight, but not as much as those who ate rye.
