‘“This workplace is second to none in terms of its aesthetic charm, its functionality, its use of work and social space and how it promotes better team working. The impact on relationships and productivity is very positive and the overall impact is a valuable one in terms of the investment in people.” Joe McEvoy, Deputy Director of Partnership Commissioning CIOS PCT, October 2010
“The space really encourages cross team working and can be used in a flexible way, it feels like it was designed to meet our requirements. I find the environment makes me more disciplined about the way I use space which makes me more efficient in the way I work. Robert Moore, Finance Manager, CIOSPCT October 2010
New conditions demand a new way of thinking “ As we all grapple with the realities of the current economic climate, it is ever more important to consider the performance and value of existing property options. PLACEmaking work closely with our clients to match business demands with property and accommodation investment opportunities. We support our clients to realize real financial savings and benefits; we think differently about how to extract maximum value from investment in space, technology and people. We challenge assumptions and about the value of apparently out dated buildings and extract higher levels of performance, wherever possible, from reconditioned and refurbished assets.
Our projects We strive to refocus workplace investment to deliver greater value: where people can work more effectively and use technology and systems to deliver services more efficiently. We deliver all aspects of design from developing strategic objectives to implementing tactical solutions; engaging people at all levels to ensure they are involved and committed to end results. This ensures orgainsations are able to achieve higher value from their greatest assets, their staff, their systems and their space.
