ADULT LAP SWIMMING #101 Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - Beginning September 11th Time: 8:00 PM-9:45 PM Fee: $125.00 for 60 Lap Swim sessions in Fall/Winter
AMERICAN RED CROSS LEARN TO SWIM FOR CHILDREN #102 This course follows the progression of the American Red Cross swim levels 1-6. Repeat swimmers pick up where they left off, while new swimmers are tested on the "irst day for proper placement. If a child was given a passing card, please bring the card on the "irst day of class ! The age requirements for this class is at least 5 years old by February 2018.
ADULT LEARN TO SWIM #103 This course is for adults who cannot swim or want to improve their swimming skills. Topics include proper breathing, "loating, strokes and water safety. Fridays - Beginning September 15th Time: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Classes ending December 22nd
SPRINGBOARD DIVING #104 This course will cover the basics of competitive springboard diving: approach, hurdle, take-off, "light and entry. Emphasis will be on proper techniques and form. In addition, all "ive groups of dives will be taught: forward, back, reverse, inward and twisting. The springboard course will also emphasize competition-level dives and techniques used in competition. This could be a child’s "irst swimming experience without a parent. Water orientation is taught with emphasis on kicking, arm pull/breath control, back "loat and water safety skills. The course is for children ages 2 to 5 years. Maximum enrollment is 10 per class time. Please register early. Saturdays - Beginning September 9th Choice of Time: 11:00 AM - 11:50 AM /12:00 PM - 12:50 PM / 1:00 PM - 1:50 PM / 2:00 PM - 2:50 PM Fee: $200.00 for 20 Classes ending February 10th
RECERTIFICATION FOR LIFEGUARDING WITH CPR/AED #110
AMERICAN RED CROSS LIFEGUARD #107 This full course consists of American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. The course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to prevent, recognize, and respond to emergencies in and around pools. This certi"ication is valid for 2 years.
This course is suitable for those with current Lifeguard/1st Aid/CPR/ AED certi"ication that requires renewal. A prerequisite swim test and validation of prior certi"ication will be conducted at the "irst class. During the course, participants will receive a full review of all American Red Cross Lifeguarding material and must complete written and skill testing to receive certi"ication. Bring breathing masks, current certi"ications, textbook, bathing suit and $35.00 cash. Attendance at all dates is required.
Age requirement: 15 years old by the end of the course Maximum number of participants: 10 – Course enrollment is based upon water strength and performance on the prerequisite swim test ONLY. Prerequisite testing for acceptance into the course will include: 1. Swim 300 yards continuously using the front crawl and/or breaststroke. 2. Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs. 3. Swim 20 yards, surface dive 12 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object, swim 20 yards on your back with both hands holding the object and keeping your face at or near the surface, and exit the water. This must be performed in 100 seconds or less. Tuesdays - Beginning September 12th + 12 additional class Sessions, class ends December 5th. Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Note: You must attend all classes of this course to complete your certi ication – NO EXCEPTIONS! Fee: $375.00* for HHH residents and $425.00* for non-HHH residents *Fee includes course text book and breathing masks* ARC Certi"ication cards will be an additional $35.00 upon completion of the class.

ADAPTIVE SWIM CLASS #108 This class is suitable for individuals with physical or mental disabilities that prevent them from learning in a group setting. Classes are one to one and instructors will teach skills based upon the abilities of each individual students. Saturdays - Beginning September 9th Choice of Time: 10:00 AM - 10:50 AM OR 3:00 PM - 3:50 PM Fee: $200.00 for 20 Classes ending February 10th
PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE; NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SEPTEMBER 9th due to one-to-one ratio availability. Those participating need to show up 5 minutes early on the .irst day to be matched with an instructor.

This course is suitable for those who need certi"ication renewal for CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (Lifeguard). Participants must complete written and skill testing to receive certi"ication. Separate SPRING registration will be available for 1515-week SPRING Session starting March 3rd, 2018. Registration will be taken on a rolling admission basis through the semester. *February 17th, 2018, is reserved as a Make-Up-Date in case of a pool closure.
