AMERICAN RED CROSS LEARN TO SWIM FOR CHILDREN #102 ATTENTION: NEW TIMES This course follows the progression of the American Red Cross swim levels 1-6. Repeat swimmers pick up where they leA off, while new swimmers are tested on the first day for proper placement. The age requirements for this class is at least 5 years old by December 31st. Saturdays - Beginning September 12th 3 available mes: 11:00 AM - 11:50 AM /12:00 PM - 12:50 PM / 1:00 PM - 1:50 PM Fee: $150 for 14 Classes

FAMILY SWIM #100 No instruc on or ac vity is planned. The pool will be open with lap lanes for exercise, and a free swim area. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Saturdays - Beginning September 12th Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Fee: $150 for 14 Sessions

ADULT LAP SWIMMING #101 Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00PM - 9:45PM Program Begins September 9th Fee: $80 for the Fall Session - Approximately 40 Lap Swim Dates in the Fall. No More Punch Cards; exis ng Punch Cards will be accepted through the Fall Session only .

ADULT LEARN TO SWIM #103 This course is for adults who cannot swim or want to improve their swimming skills. Topics include proper breathing, floa ng, strokes and water safety. Fridays - Beginning September 18th Time: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Fee: $125.00 for 12 Classes

This could be a child’s first swimming experience without a parent. Water orienta on is taught with emphasis on kicking, arm pull/breath control, back float and water safety skills. The course is for children ages 2 to 5 years. Maximum enrollment is 10 per class. Please register early. **There will be no registra on accepted on the first day of class** Saturdays - Beginning September 12th 4 available mes: 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM /12:00 PM - 12:45 PM / 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM / 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM Fee: $150 for 14 Classes

SPRINGBOARD DIVING #104 This course will cover the basics of compe ve springboard diving: approach, hurdle, take-off, flight and entry. Emphasis will be on proper techniques and form. In addi on, all five groups of dives will be taught: forward, back, reverse, inward and twis ng. The springboard course will also emphasize compe onlevel dives and techniques used in compe on. Saturdays—Star ng September 12th 2 Available Times: 10:00 AM-11:00 AM OR 3:00 PM-4:00 PM Fee: $150.00 for 14 Classes

AMERICAN RED CROSS LIFEGUARD #107 This full course consists of American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. The course provides par cipants with the skills and knowledge to prevent, recognize, and respond to emergencies in and around pools.

Aquarobics is a form of rhythmic exercise that supports the body while using water as resistance. Swimming ability is not required. Saturdays — Beginning September 12th Times: 10:00 AM—10:45 AM Fee: $90.00 for 14 Classes

Age requirement: 15 years old by the end of the course. Maximum number of par cipants: 10 – Course enrollment is based upon water strength and performance on the prerequisite swim test ONLY. Prerequisite tes ng for acceptance into the course will include: 1. Swim 300 yards con nuously using the front crawl and/or breaststroke. 2. Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs. 3. Swim 20 yards, surface dive 12 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object, swim 20 yards on your back with both hands holding the object and keeping your face at or near the surface, and exit the water. This must be performed in 100 seconds or less. Tuesdays - Beginning September 22nd for 12 Class Sessions Note: You must a end all classes of this course to complete your cer'fica'on – NO EXCEPTIONS! Time: 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM Fee: $375.00 for HHH residents and $425.00 for non-HHH residents *Fee includes course text book and breathing masks* ARC Cer fica on cards will also be an addi onal $35 upon comple on of the class.

ADAPTIVE SWIM Class #108 This class is suitable for individuals with physical or mental disabili es that prevent them from learning in a group seHng. Classes are one-toone and instructors will teach skills based upon the abili es of each individual students. Saturdays - Beginning September 12th 2 Available Times: 10:00 AM - 10:50 AM /2:00 PM – 2:50 PM Fee: $150 for 14 Classes ** There will be No Registra on accepted on the first day of class ** You MUST register in advance. Those registered, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class so students can be matched up with teachers in advance.

SENIOR CITIZEN SWIM #106 Lane lines separa ng fast, medium and slow lanes will be in the pool., as well as a general swim area with no lane lines. Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Beginning September 9th Time: 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM Fee: $100 September through July Annual fee in the fall includes winter and summer.
