AMERICAN RED CROSS LEARN TO SWIM FOR CHILDREN #102 This course follows the progression of the American Red Cross swim levels 1-6. Repeat swimmers pick up where they le> off, while new swimmers are tested on the first day for proper placement. The age requirements for this class is at least 5 years old by June 24th. Saturdays - Beginning January 23rd 3 Available Times: 11:00 PM - 11:50 PM / 12:00 PM - 12:50 PM / 1:00 PM - 1:50 PM Fee: $175.00 for 20 Classes

FAMILY SWIM #100 No instruc on or ac vity is planned. The pool will be open with lap lanes for exercise and a free swim area. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Saturdays - Beginning January 23rd Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Fee: $175.00 for 20 Sessions

ADULT LAP SWIMMING #101 Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - Beginning January 4th Time: 8:00 PM - 9:45 PM Fee: $70.00 for the Winter Session 35 Lap Swim Dates for the Winter Session (Ends April 1st)

ADULT LEARN TO SWIM #103 This course is for adults who cannot swim or want to improve their swimming skills. Topics include proper breathing, floa ng, strokes and water safety. Fridays - Beginning January 22nd Time: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Fee: $75.00 for 8 Classes

This could be a child’s first swimming experience without a parent. Water orienta on is taught with emphasis on kicking, arm pull/breath control, back float and water safety skills. The course is for children ages 2 to 5 years. Maximum enrollment is 10 per class. Please register early. Saturdays - Beginning January 23rd 4 Available Times: 11:00 PM - 11:45 PM /12:00 PM - 12:45 PM / 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM Fee: $175.00 for 20 Classes

SPRINGBOARD DIVING #104 This course will cover the basics of compe ve springboard diving: approach, hurdle, take-off, flight and entry. Emphasis will be on proper techniques and form. In addi on, all five groups of dives will be taught: forward, back, reverse, inward and twis ng. The springboard course will also emphasize compe on-level dives and techniques used in compe on. Saturdays - Beginning January 23rd 3 Available Times: 10:00AM-11:00AM, 2:00PM-3:00pm, 3:00PM-4:00pm Fee: $175.00 for 20 Classes


ADAPTIVE SWIM CLASS #108

AMERICAN RED CROSS LIFEGUARD #107

This class is suitable for individuals with physical or mental disabili es that prevent them from learning in a group seHng. Classes are one-to-one and instructors will teach skills based upon the abili es of each individual students.

This full course consists of American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. The course provides par cipants with the skills and knowledge to prevent, recognize, and respond to emergencies in and around pools.

Saturdays - Beginning January 23rd 2 Available Times: 10:00 AM - 10:50 AM /2:00 PM - 2:50 AM Fee: $200.00 for 20 Classes. NO REGISTRATION on the first day of this class is allowed. YOU MUST register in advance. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to start of class so students can be matched up with instructors in advance.

Age requirement: 15 years old by the end of the course Maximum number of par cipants: 10 – Course enrollment is based upon water strength and performance on the prerequisite swim test ONLY. Prerequisite tes ng for acceptance into the course will include: 1. Swim 300 yards con nuously using the front crawl and/or breaststroke. 2. Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs. 3. Swim 20 yards, surface dive 12 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object, swim 20 yards on your back with both hands holding the object and keeping your face at or near the surface, and exit the water. This must be performed in 100 seconds or less.

ARC: WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTOR INSTRUCTOR #111 If you are at least 16 years old and a proficient swimmer, you can become an American Red Cross cer fied Water Safety Instructor. This course will teach you skills that may save a life, and you’ll gain terrific work experience as an aqua c specialist. You will learn educa onal and presenta onal skills that will help you in any career and make a difference in the lives of others.

Tuesdays - Beginning January 26th for 12 Class Sessions Time: 6:30pm - 10:00PM Note: You must aJend all classes of this course to complete your cer fica on – NO EXCEPTIONS! Fee: $375.00 for HHH residents $425.00 for non-HHH residents *Fee includes course text book and breathing masks* ARC cer fica on fee will also be an addi onal $35.00 upon comple on of the class.

With WSI cer fica on, you can teach: Parent & Child Aqua cs; Preschooler Aqua cs; 6 Red Cross Learn to Swim Levels; Adult Learn to Swim; Water Safety Courses; Basic Water Rescue; Safety Training for Swim Coaches; Longfellow’s WHALE Tales. Pre Requisite Swim Test Date: Thursday, January 28th; meet in classroom 103 in HHH HS West. Classes: Thursdays - Beginning February 4th through May 12th Time: 7:15 PM - 10:15 PM Fee: $375.00 for 11 Classes *Addi onal fee of $52.00 for the ARC text book* ARC cer fica on fee will be an addi onal $35.00

SENIOR CITIZEN SWIM #106 Lane lines separa ng fast, medium and slow lanes will be in the pool, as well as a general swim area with no lane lines. Showers, dressing areas and lockers are provided. Lifeguards are on duty during this program. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - Beginning January 4th Time: 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM Fee: $75.00 January through July Summer dates and mes subject to change based on summer pool programming .

Separate SPRING registration available for 12 week SPRING session starting April 2nd. Registration will be taken on a rolling admission basis through the semester. February 20th and June 25th are reserved as MakeMake-UpUp-Dates in case of pool closures. Summer Session begins Monday, June 27th.
