OUR PHILOSOPHY
THE NARRATIVE OF A PLACE Every design must tell the unique story of a place- its context, inhabitants, and background. We pull inspiration from every detail. The tone of the design is a response to both the contents of the surrounding landscape and the dynamic culture of the location. Our design strategy is to create luxurious, elegant retreats that are uniquely attuned to the character of the place. In the same way our design concept is tailored to reflect a unique narrative, it is also tailored to satisfy the individual business direction. We approach every project with the owner’s point of view in mind with a focus on cultivating positive relationships that work seamlessly. Regardless of budget, every design is curated with an attentiveness towards longevity, quality and timelessness. It is important that every detail is thoughtfully considered and will age beautifully. By carefully calibrating a palette to include trendforward designs, distinctive materiality and purposeful detailing, a space can achieve balance and singularity. WHO WE ARE Hibner Design Group (HDG) is a multi-disciplinary boutique design firm based in Orange County, California. Founded by Maryanne Hibner, HDG’s approach makes use of her extensive background in design & project development. She has a keen understanding of construction, budget and property management. HDG’s collaborative design studio is dedicated to creating rich, one-of-a-kind environments in the form of new construction and renovations. HDG’s environments evoke positive emotional experiences and lasting impressions through thoughtful design.

Programming A complete assessment of the client’s needs and requirements are determined Schematic Design Initial design scheme is formed and sets the tone throughout the full scope of the project Design Development Refine and perfect the preliminary design and address technical aspects Space Planning Determine the placement of furniture and equipment for optimal use of the space in relation to function and aesthetics Project Management Lead designer interacts with client and necessary vendors to ensure the project is moving along to meet budgets and target deadlines
ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING
FINISHES
Construction Documents Construction drawings and specifications will be provided for any custom design work Full Specification and Documentation Thorough documentation of the items specified by the designer will be provided to client Procurement Furniture, fixtures and equipment are carefully sourced from our large design library and ordered to best suit the design and project needs Warehousing & Installation All new furniture for the project is warehoused until the date of installation. Project Manager will arrange for all items to be installed on agreed upon install date Merchandising Interiors are styled and accessorized to fulfill the overall design story.
