If you want to fish in North Carolina, you need to obtain a license approved by the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission. From 10-day passes to lifetime licenses, NCWRC offers licenses to residents and nonresidents. You can order most of the licenses online at the agency’s website or through local agents in the High Country. ncwildlife.org
