EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FAQ How many apartments in the complex?. Blue will comprise of 16 residential apartments, including two rooftop penthouses. When will the DA be approved? Anticipated approval for the Third Quarter of 2015. When will construction commence and complete? Construction will commence in late 2015 with an anticipated completion of late 2016. When will a builder be appointed for the project? A builder will be advised in or about September 2015 Will the apartments have air-conditioning? It is proposed that all apartments will have ducted air-conditioning in living areas and bedrooms. Can the finishes schedule be upgraded/changed/combined? The vendor will not be customising apartments beyond the selections of the Schedule of Finishes. However, the vendor will listen to all variation requests and cost them appropriately. Is there any external storage space within the complex? Each apartment will be allocated storage cages in the basement in line with or adjacent to their allocated car spaces. Will the complex be professionally managed once completed? Yes. Is there a lift in the complex? Yes, there is one passenger lift. Is the complex pet friendly? This will be decided by the end users and their nominations when a Body Corporate is established. What deposit do I need to pay to secure an apartment? A 10% deposit is required. Is a 5% deposit acceptable? No. Is the price guaranteed? Upon execution of the Contract of Sale, the price is guaranteed. The Vendor reserves the right to change on unsold apartments at any time. Is GST included in the price? GST on apartments is included in the quoted price. What are the timeframes in the sunset clause? Draft: 18 months for construction post DA Approval plus 6 months option to complete.
