PROFESSIONAL TEETH WHITENING A Brighter Smile Improves Confidence and is Now Affordable for Everyone Typically a Professional Teeth Whitening service can run anywhere between $400 and $600. In today’s economy that price makes this great service far less accessible to most everyone. However, the same level of effectiveness is now available to you for only $79. The most popular question we get is regarding sensitivity, does this process create additional sensitivity? The answer is ‘No’! In fact, it is rare that anyone has any more sensitivity when they complete the process than when they first sat down. The next question we get is, is this the same as what has been seen in the malls? The answer is ‘No’, our process is much more effective with less time needed in the chair. For example, our service takes only 15 minutes and typically the average person experiences a 6 to 8 shade brighter smile! The treatment itself lasts for roughly 6 to 9 months based on a person’s lifestyle (coffee drinking, red wine
Tis The Season To Be Green… …and SAFE! W3 Lifestyle has always been committed to taking care of our community in every way we can. This was started with our W3 Cares Program, which takes a percentage of advertising sales and donates all of that money back to local charities. In addition to our own concerns, recently we have been receiving feedback from residents and communities alike expressing concern over the tremendous amount of paper and resources that we use on a monthly basis in order to provide these Newsletters to you.
It is for these reasons that W3 Lifestyle is PROUD to announce that your newsletters will be primarily electronic moving forward. Beginning in April, a limited number of smaller print issues will be available for prospects and residents without an email address. Please note that you will receive a link to your newsletter and NOT an attachment. PLEASE make sure that the leasing office has your email address(es). That is how you will receive your complete newsletter (now called Monthly Minizine), special offers and information on new services such as your Resident Appreciation Program and Social Networking Site. The History of St. Patrick’s Day Patrick’s Day is celebrated on March 17, his religious feast day and the anniversary of his death in the fifth century. The Irish hav observed this day as a religious holiday for over a thousand years. On St. Patrick’s Day, which falls during the Christian season of Lent, Irish families would traditionally attend church in the morning and celebrate in the afternoon. Lenten prohibitions against the consumption of meat were waived and people would dance, drink, and feast—on the traditional meal of Irish bacon and cabbage. The first St. Patrick’s Day parade took place not in Ireland, but in the United States. Irish soldiers serving in the English military marched through New York City on March 17, 1762. Along with their music, the parade helped the soldiers to reconnect with their Irish roots, as well as fellow Irishmen serving in the English army. Over the next thirty-five years, Irish patriotism among American immigrants flourished, prompting the rise of so-called “Irish Aid” societies, like the Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick and the Hibernian Society. Each group would hold annual parades featuring bagpipes (which actually first became popular in the Scottish and British armies) and drums. In 1848, several New York Irish aid societies decided to unite their parades to form one New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Today, that parade is the world ‘s oldest civilian parade and the largest in the United States, with over 150,000 participants. Each year, nearly three million people line the one-and-a-half mile parade route to watch the procession, which takes more than five hours. Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Savannah also celebrate the day with parades including between 10,000 to 20,000 participants.

Atlanta’s Newest Supersized Furniture Store
By David Wolfe
At first sound, The Dump, sounds like a “not so” appealing furniture store doesn’t it? Just the opposite in this case though! The Dump carries mid-grade to high end furniture all at some fantastic discounts. Personally I found a Sofa that was an absolute work of art that would typically sell for roughly $10k in your typical furniture store and The Dump price was roughly $5k. A 50% price cut! Of course that was on the high end, but even on the mid-grade end there were some quality pieces of furniture that looked fabulous at equally fabulous prices. The Dump is located in the old Home Depot location that was located right off the exit off 400 and Sydney Marcus. They did a marvelous job renovating the space and you would never know it was originally a Home Depot. This is one of the largest furniture stores I have ever seen with a selection that appeal to just about everyone. The only bad thing is that they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, at these prices – save the light bill and payroll costs during the week! I would much rather have the furniture at these great prices! No matter what you are looking for – rugs, sofas, chairs, tables, beds, accessories, whatever – The Dump has it and they have it at an extreme discount. So pick a weekend and go check it out. It’s worth the trip to see what all they have to offer.
Change of a Season Can Be A Reason To Change Your Oil! The change from one season to the next can be tough on your car. So can a change in your lifestyle. That’s why doing simple things on schedule, such as taking your car in for an oil change and following the service directions found in your owner’s manual, can be a good thing. The following are some common questions about the right things to do for your car when the seasons change-or when your life changes. The answers can help to keep your car healthy, safe and add a little fun to your driving at the same time: Q: Is there a way to have my car serviced without having to leave it somewhere? A: Most manufacturers recommend an oil change every 3,000 miles. There are many “fast lube” centers where you can get your car serviced in no time at all. These “fast lube” centers will check important fluids and make sure your engine is all set without an appointment and in less than 30 minutes. Q: I suddenly have a longer commute. Do you have any ideas about how I could make the best use of the hours I spend traveling? A: Books on tape have become quite popular. You should have no problem finding them in bookstores and libraries. You may consider purchasing a hands-free kit for your cellular phone. This will enable you to make calls during your commute without sacrificing safety. Q: My kids are constantly taking their seat belts off. Is this really something I should make a fuss about? A: Wearing safety belts is something you should never compromise. It’s estimated seat belts save 9,500 lives each year. And for new parents, the proper installation of child seats can dramatically reduce the risk of fatal injury to infants and toddlers
It’s Cool To Be Green Start a Green Group— Plenty of green activities are meant to be a shared experience, such as carpooling. This is a great way to go green. By carpooling you are saving the environment from exhaust fumes that are emitted into the atmosphere and it helps to curb traffic. Try talking to your friends and neighbors about the importance of conserving, and develop programs and activities in your community for others to get involved.

CLEAR WIMAX AND THE BENEFITS Home Phone, Mobile Internet, Home Internet – All from One CLEAR Account What is Clear Wireless Internet? Clear offers super-fast wireless Internet service with advertised speeds of up to 6 Mbps (potential spikes up to 22 Mbps!). For less than the price of what you would pay your DSL or Cable company to be shackled at home with a single modem, Clear gives you multiple wireless modems on one account. Unlike cellular wireless devices, Clear offers UNLIMITED bandwidth usage to. What Equipment Do You Need to Run Clear Wireless Internet? When you sign up for your contract, you will be given the option of either leasing the modems or purchasing them. There is no right or wrong choice, so you'll have to make a decision based on your individual circumstance. You have several choices of wireless modems to choose from. First is the home wireless modem, which is about the size of a normal modem that you're used to with other companies. The difference is that this modem is totally wireless except for the USB cable that plugs into your PC. This offers a robust speed of up to 6Mbps. Second are the wireless mobile (On The Go) Internet modems. This is basically a USB stick about the size of a pack of gum. Clear now offers a standard USB modem, a $10 docking station for improved performance and a 4G+ card that will resort to Sprint’s 3G network should you find yourself out of the Clear 4G range (despite it growing on a daily basis). As long as you're in the coverage area, your laptop will be able to access the Internet with speeds of up to 6Mbps and beyond. Remember, with Clear you can choose two variations of modems. You can pick one home and one On The Go modem. Or you can do what I did and pick two mobile units and mix in a home phone device – yes, you can port your current number. Again, this choice depends on your individual circumstances. Finally, you will need to install Clear's software on any computer that the wireless USB modems will be used on. I have found so far that the software is pretty much unobtrusive. It runs in the background and does not hog any computer resources. As an aside with the home phone service, as long as your device is activated in a local 4G network area, you can send the box anywhere in the world as long as there is an Internet connection and you will retain your local phone number! Pretty neat stuff!!! What Is WIMAX? WIMAX, which is basically considered 4G, is a microwave-based service that can broadcast up to 30 miles from a central transmitter. WIMAX operates on licensed or unlicensed frequencies. Clear wireless Internet uses a new frequency that they own the license for, helping to minimize interference from other networks. Who do I contact to get signed up? Visit www.getw3internet.com or call 678-654-1438 to get started today. That’s another great thing about CLEAR WIMAX, it is plug-and-play. Once you sign up, you are up and running the very same minute! W3 Communications also comes to your home to get you registered and setup if you would like…a huge benefit versus buying from a large store with less personalized service. They also periodically offer specials that are not offered in those larger stores. So when you are ready to sign up or even if you just have questions, call 678-654-1438 and a W3 Communications specialist will get you taken care of.

Irish Soda Bread Ingredients 2 cups whole-wheat flour 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/4 cups buttermilk Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and sprinkle with a little flour. Whisk whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in buttermilk. Using one hand, stir in full circles (starting in the center of the bowl working toward the outside of the bowl) until all the flour is incorporated. The dough should be soft but not too wet and sticky. When it all comes together, in a matter of seconds, turn it out onto a well-floured surface. Clean dough off your hand. Pat and roll the dough gently with floury hands, just enough to tidy it up and give it a round shape. Flip over and flatten slightly to about 2 inches. Transfer the loaf to the prepared baking sheet. Mark with a deep cross using a serrated knife and prick each of the four quadrants. Bake the bread for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 400째 and continue to bake until the loaf is brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped, 30 to 35 minutes more. Transfer the loaf to a wire rack and let cool for about 30 minutes.
England's "Mothering Sunday" similar to Mother's Day, also called Mid-Lent Sunday, is observed on the fourth Sunday in Lent. Some say the ceremonies in honor of Cybele were adopted by the early church to venerate the Mother of Christ, Mary. Others believe the Mother Church was substituted for mother goddess and custom began to dictate that a person visit the church of his/her baptism on this day. People attended the mother church of their parish, laden with offerings. Also in England in the 1600's, young men and women who were apprentices or servants returned home on Mothering Sunday, bringing to their mothers small gifts like trinkets or a "mothering cake". Sometimes frumenty was served - wheat grains boiled in sweet milk, sugared and spiced. In northern England and in Scotland, the preferred refreshments were carlings - pancakes made of steeped pease fried in butter, with pepper and salt. In fact, in some locations this day was called Carling Sunday. Another kind of mothering cake was the simnel cake, a very rich fruit cake. The Lenten fast dictated that the simnel cake had to keep until Easter. It was boiled in water, then baked, and was often finished with an almond icing. Sometimes the crust was of flour and water, colored with saffron.
