Flooring

• Wood floors - 3¼" Red Oak Select in dining room and living room and 2¼" throughout. • Scraping: 3 coats finished water base poly finishing. • Ceramic tiles in entry foyer, kitchen and dinette area, and laundry room, or $2.50 credit at Builders Tile at Builders Supply house.

Interiors

• Decorative colonial style 2-panel doors. • Colonial style trim 2¼" casing and 3¼" base. • Ultra doorknobs, privacy on all bathrooms and master bedroom doors.

Cooling and Heating

• 2 zones central air conditioning in main unit. • Goodman A/C system, 13 series.

Paint

• Ceiling - flat ceiling paint from Benjamin Moore or equivalent. • All walls are one color with a standard choice of four colors - semi-gloss Benjamin Moore or equivalent. • Door and molding receive high-gloss paint.

Kitchen

• Salco designer kitchen and vanities, choice of several different colors. • 42" high wall cabinets. • Choice of granite counter tops of builders selection in kitchen counters.

Bathrooms
