All hikes are first come, first serve. Register early! Limit of 20 hikers per guide. More than 20 participants, additional hikes will leave 15 minutes after previous scheduled hike. No dogs allowed on hikes. Climb to New Heights - The Highlands of Cape Breton are situated on the world-renowned Cabot Trail and offer some of the most spectacular coastal scenery and hiking trails in the world. A portion of this significant example of Canada’s natural heritage has been designated as a national park. Fifteen out of the twenty-nine guided hikes featured in this year’s festival are within the Cape Breton Highlands National Park!
