Kimbilio Center A transient home Nairobi, Kenya
A women and children sanctuary center in Nairobi that provides accomodation for women who have been chased away from abusive homes or need a place to stay as they rehabilitate themselves from a life of drugs and prostitution. The main focus of the project was to provide a transient home security for these women and also provide jobs where they can earn a living as they prepare to go back into the world.

Morton Hill Project Benton Habour,MI
Morton Hill in Benton Harbor was one of the earliest inhabited areas in Michigan. We did this project to reimagine Benton Harbor in its former glory and draw these historic houses as they could have been in the past. The project was initiated by the Historic Society of Benton Harbor in collaboration with Andrews University.

Morton Barn
Looking to revive the dead city of Benton Harbor Michigan, the Morton Barn was part of a historical preservation project in the earliest inhabited area of Benton Harbor of Morton Hill. As the city tries to live to its former glory by first documenting all the buildings in the area. This barn would serve as an extension to the existing museum on Morton Hill with spaces for display, a conference center and a temperature contolled storage space for the museum.

Community Hub Benton Harbor, MI
This project was aimed at helping to heal the racial divide between Benton Harbor and St. Joseph, Mi. These twin cities have a big difference economically and this building would provide a safe space for candid conversations by hosting groups like Calling All Colors while also providing a market space for the community and job opportunities for the people of Benton Harbor.

Volunteer Work
I believe that everyone should be able to afford dignity. My passion, apart from architecture includes reaching out to orphaned or abandoned children that live in homes to encourage them and give them hope. I do this every year in Kenya and I hope to use architecture as a tool for giving back to communities around the world but especially in Kenya where the children can see fellow Kenyans reaching out to them in a place where they feel abandoned.

Illula Albinism Center Eldoret, Kenya
Albinoes in Africa but especially in Kenya have always been stigmatised. Some local myths also have them husted as some people believe that their skin and bones can be used to heal some diseases. Because of this, centers like this one have been opened to create a space where they can feel safe and also live among people who understand their struggles.
