“I had Karthik in AP Seminar his junior year. Off the bat he had a good rapport that we could joke about stuff but also he took his studies seriously. He would ask good questions and contribute to discussions.” “It’s weird to think about the seniors going out like this, they’ll be missed.” - ENGLISH TEACHER

TONY DUNHAM

“He is a really chill teacher and makes his students feel like he doesn’t only care about the grade but he also cares about their life and how they are doing and handling other aspects. I liked how he would always check in on us and support our larger goals.” “I wish I was able to say a proper bye and spend more time with him before senior year ended.” - SENIOR KARTHIK ARCOT

“Mrs. Leveque is… she’s quirky, I’ll admit that, but she is definitely really outgoing and just really genuinely wants to know how you’re doing which I think is something that is just extraordinary for teachers. And I love having teachers who do really genuinely care about their students like her.” - SENIOR LEXI GIES

- ENGLISH TEACHER “My favorite memory with Lexi would have to be our SRT conversations about her future and just looking back at my experiences to give her the best advice.”

“In (Señora Yanez’s) SRT, we would always have really interesting conversations. It was a very nice relationship because she wasn’t a teacher for my subject so it was really relaxed and a good part of the day to get away from school and talk to an adult without having to worry about grades, and just be able to connect on a more genuine level.” - SENIOR BABACAR DIATTA “(Babacar) was always super upbeat and he looked forward to coming to (SRT). He always had a great attitude and he was really great about small things, like helping kids around him. He let me practice my very bad French. He has a great positive energy. ” - SPANISH TEACHER NICOLE YANEZ

- SENIOR CARTER NOVAK “I think my favorite memory (with Mrs. Malloy) was when I left class early one day so she collaborated with Mr. Wernke to make me an exit slip sheet. During the last few minutes of class each day I would have to fill it out to make sure I was productive during the day and not leaving class early. ”

- ENGLISH TEACHER ALLISON MALLOY “My favorite memory of (Carter) in class is when he had a mini basketball game with his classmates. He is a lot of fun in class and helps keep the environment.”
