VISION
GOAL: Hillcrest Christian College Teachers and Staff create a positive and caring environment to deliver young people to society who are educated, equipped, empowered and energised.
To aspire, as an outreach of Reedy Creek Baptist Church, to facilitate a world leading, future-focused educational experience; underpinned by a biblical world view.
PRIORITY SE.1: To encourage strong student wellbeing and character through a dedicated pastoral care program underpinned by a Biblical worldview and social and emotional framework from P-12.
MISSION Hillcrest Christian College Teachers and Staff create a positive and caring environment to deliver young people to society who are: •

Learning GOAL: Hillcrest Christian College’s learning experiences are created so that each child feels safe and accepted, individually known, connected to others and catered for through a range of opportunities according to their personal interests and strengths. All students should have access to, and experience an outstanding academic learning program through each section of the College, that is comprehensive in design and aligns with all dimensions of wellbeing. PRIORITY L.1: Create opportunities specific to each student that promotes individual identity and personalised learning through the lens of the Shield. PRIORITY L.2: Develop a research-based environment of learning that fosters positive relationships and allows each student to participate in learning programs, so they feel safe and cared for in the College community. PRIORITY L.3: Cultivate an outstanding learning program that creates an exceptional academic learning experience for all students.

GOAL: Hillcrest Christian College values each staff member’s gifts and talents and develops systems and processes that allow staff to grow in their craft, invest in the core business of educating students and feel connected and trusted by College leadership.
GOAL: Hillcrest Christian College culture aligns individuals to be unified, connected and working to improve each community member’s wellbeing so that they feel called to contribute to the community experience.
