All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and must be paid in advance. All fees paid are subject to the Short-Term Student Refund Policy. This fee schedule is for students travelling on a Tourist (Visitor’s) visa only.

Please note that fees stated in this schedule may be subject to change in the next calendar year without notice.

TECHNOLOGY LEVY

The College will loan a device to the student. This device will meet the technical requirements of the one2one device program. The device will include a safe handling case. Students are required to use these devices in most classes and should only use them for educational purposes. The device is covered with comprehensive repair insurance.

The device must be returned at completion of enrolment to IT.

HOMESTAY

The College can provide homestay for Year 7 – 12 students. All homestay payments must be paid before students can move into their homestay accommodation.

Students not using the College International Homestay Program are required to stay with their parents or a biological relative.

The cost of homestay covers meals, accommodation and a family environment. Where possible homestay parents will transport their student to and from school or on weekends for social activities. If this is not possible, students may use the College bus service at no additional cost.

Homestay relocation fee is only charged if a student requests a change in homestay without approved cause.

COLLEGE FEES AND REFUND POLICY

Full fees need to be paid by due date and before the commencement of any short-term enrolment, as detailed in the Letter of Offer.

If the student withdraws before the commencement of the program a refund of the tuition and non-tuition fees only will be offered.

If the student withdraws after the commencement of the program but before the agreed end of the enrolment, no refund will be offered.

UNIFORM

Like all Australian schools, the College has a uniform that all students are required to wear appropriately.

Short-term students can bring some items from home and purchase key items of the uniform to wear during their enrolment at the College.

Students can bring any of the following items that they own.

• Black polished leather shoes

• Sports shoes

• White sports socks

• Navy blue sports shorts

• Navy blue trousers (male)

• Navy socks (males)

• Leather Belt (Male)

COMMUNITY EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS

As part of their culture experience, short-term students are expected to attend any main College community events and celebrations, depending on the time of year that the student is enrolled at the College. These events may include sports carnivals; performances; College-organised social events and celebrations.
