FEE SCHEDULE DETAILS

1. Refer to the HSC Enrolment Guide for items included/excluded in the tuition fee.

2. The Expansion Fund Fee allows the College to invest in special capital expansion projects outside of normal operations.

Expansion Fund fees are assessed on the two oldest children. $995 for the first student, $395 for the second student Expansion Fund Fees are not required for third and subsequent children enroled.

3. International health insurance offers full dental and health coverage for a period of 12 months.

4. Guardianship package fee: If the College requires a student to reside with a host family, the annual fee associated with this service is $2,000. If students are living with parent(s) the fee is $1,500. A one-time registration fee of $500 is charged for all new guardianships making the maximum first-time charge $2,500.

5. Safe Arrival Fee: All students with a CHN host family will be required to pay $350 in accordance with CHN’s safe arrival protocols. Students may need to pay additional fees to CHN with respect to homestay fees depending on their time of arrival in the country and quarantine requirements.

Payment Details

n A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $4,500 is required for all new students upon enrolment.

n Homestay registration fee of $475 (re-registration fee is $250) is due on enrolment for CHN students.

n All fees, including tuition, registration, expansion, health insurance, guardianship and homestay fees (registration and placement) are due in full upon submission of the signed enrolment and annually through ongoing enrolment by March 31.

n Optional Tuition Refund Insurance is available at 2.25% of total annual tuition fee.

n Late payment charges on account balances are assessed at 1.5% per month (18% per annum compounded monthly).

t The College acts as facilitator of the fees with respect to the collection and remitance of fees to the homestay, guardianship and insurance required for enrolment. The terms of the homestay, guardianship and insurance contracts entered into by the parents govern the legal relationship and these are solely between the provider and the parents. The College makes no representations or gives any warranties with respect to homestay, guardian or insurance, or the choice of the third party provider.
