Part two of my final outcome This series of images explores obstruction; the subversion of the tropes of typical portraits and photographs by obscuring the subject through objects and the environment. My main influence for these images is Brooke DiDonato, and her use of consistent colour tones and unusual obstructions. As well as obstructing the subject itself, I explored obscuring the subject’s focus in a similar style to Gregory Crewdson.
