The safety of our guests and our team is eforea SPA’s top priority, and we are committed to meeting the highest sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Refrain from visiting the spa if you have a fever or communicable illness.
• Follow our posted sanitation and hygiene standards, and share any special requests regarding these before arrival.
ENVIRONMENT
To maintain the eforea spa environment as one of tranquility and relaxation, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
• Speak in a quiet voice at all times.
• Turn off mobile phones and other digital devices.
• If using headphones, reduce volume to a level than cannot be heard by other guests.
• Refrain from smoking—eforea SPA is a no-smoking zone.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
• Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate social distancing and other considerations. We highly suggest you arrive at the spa 30 minutes in advance of your schedule appointment.
• Unless you state a preference, your booking will be scheduled with the first available spa therapist; all are well-trained and highly professional.
• Treatments for late arrivals will be condensed as needed to fit within the scheduled treatment time. The fee will remain unchanged.
• Cancellations must be received at last 6 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a full charge for your service. Should you feel unwell or develop any symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment, the cancellation charge will be waived. If you are unsure whether to attend your appointment, please call the spa so we can advise you.
• If traveling by air, appointments should be scheduled at least 6 hours after your expected arrival time in case of flight delays.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items and valuables during your visit. Guests are advised to refrain from bringing valuables.

eforea SPA gift certificates are valid only for spa treatments and services; they may not be redeemed elsewhere at Hilton Los Cabos.
Gift certificates are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and have no cash value.
Certificate must be rendered at time of service.
Treatments and services are by appointment only. Current prices are available by scanning the QR code, listed in USD currency, exclusive of 15% administrative fees and 16% tax.
Services for groups of 3 or more are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
